1. Describe a positive change in your Life- When it happened- What happened?- What you learned from it- How it changed your life

The positive change that I noticed in my life was when ‘I joined Health Club instead of playing computer games’.

I had a deep addiction for playing ‘Video Games’ and it reached at a dangerous point where the damage became irreversible.

I would skip my meals and studies in order to cross just another level in a game.

I gained a lot of extra fat and I would feel lethargic all-round the day.

I was only 16 when my elder brother motivated me to join his health club.

It was a tough decision for me as I was ashamed of myself as I weighed 110kgs.

He guided me through all the gym activities and gym instruments.

Initially it was a bitter pill for me to swallow but after 3 months of regular gyming I saw changes in my physical appearance.

Gyming was a turning point in my life which changed my overall perception towards my life.

I felt a sense of pride and achievement since I felt I was more socially accepted within my friend circle.

I remember the famous saying of Buddha, “No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.”
