PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES

•Establish retail supply chain relationships with companies that utilize virtual account management.•Online account management gives us the ability to initiate a request for quote(RFQ) in real time, actively see a discount and place an order instantly. (I.E. shop online catalog, utilize online chat for non cataloged parts, add items to cart, check out with purchase order number.)•Utilize the strength of each vendor (i.e. Tiger direct is local, Newegg 90 day billing term, Amazon offers free 2 day shipping with 30 day no cost returns)•Utilizing these options will allow us to minimize cost to our client, as well as keep us from stocking costly PC hardware and parts that depreciate rapidly.

Online Retailers

Solution Partners•Companies such as Spatial Integrated Systems are in constant need of knowledgeable IT partners to install and train users on engineering workstations and software. They also provide information and potential discounts for attending conferences and advanced training seminars for the newest versions CAD/CAM software. (i.e. Industry events and conferences, trade shows, certification classes required to become a “certified solutions expert”)• Becoming a certified solutions expert is the key difference to separating ourselves from our biggest competition. (i.e. Dell is an authorized retailer for AUTODESK products, but will quickly recommend you to a certified solution expert for any technical support or questions.)•Siemens offers certifications in becoming a SolidEdge Instructor, this allows you to train and certify engineers as Certified Solidedge Operators and Certified SolidEdge Experts.•Adobe offers partnerships ranging from authorized retailer to solutions partner. Becoming an Adobe Solutions partner requires keeping a minimum of one employee on staff with a minimum Adobe Certified Specialist certification.(i.e. Attending Adobe Certified Specialist, Expert or Master level training.)

LIMITATIONS AND CHALLENGES Initial cost of Commercial General Liability coverage

for our personnel is a large percentage of our initial budget.

Paying our personnel on a project by project basis according to pre determined percentages until established client base.

Expensive training may be required by certain vendors in order to receive recognition or certification as a Authorized Partner or Solution Provider. (I.E. SolidEdge University)

Payment terms and financing options will be limited for DES until Income and credit rating is established.

Financing and Billing terms will be limited and aggressive with clients. (Upfront payment to cover equipment, or NET15/30 PO terms rather than 30/60/90 )

Marketplace Challenges Financial Limitations•Competitive Intrusion Strategy fails against established competition.(I.E. Dell, Hewlett Packard, BOXX Technologies)

•Establishing vendor/client relationships to achieve competitive purchase prices of hardware similar to large competitors.
