B.A. (PROGRAMME) SANSKRIT :- Learning outcome for the students.

Understand and appreciate the role of interdisciplinary sanskrit in the development and well-

being of individuals, families and communities.

Understand the Sanskrit ( Veda,Astrology,Sahitya,Grammer,Philosophy) that enhance the quality

of life of people.

STRUCTURE OF B.A.(PROGRAMME) SANSKRIT :- The B.A. (P) SANSKRIT programme is of three years programme, each year divided into two

semesters, thus making total of six semesters.

The programme includes:

• Core Courses (CC) - all compulsory courses

• Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses (AECC)

• Elective courses - Ability Enhancement Elective Course (AEEC)/Skill Enhancement Course (SEC)

-Discipline-Specific Elective (DSE)

- Generic Elective (GE)

To acquire a degree in Sanskrit a student must study:

- -12 CCs, - 02 AECCs - 02 AEECs/SEC - 06 DSEs

- and thereby earn a minimum of 120 credits.
