Oliver, JD, MATE - SGOD Chief Beverly S. Daugdaug, EdD - CID Chief Public Schools District Supervisors School Heads, all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools ATTN : School YES-0 Moderators / Asst. Moderators Pursuance to DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003 entitled "Establishment of the Youth for Environment in Schools (YES) Organization" and DepEd Order No. 52, s. 2011 dated July 5, 2011 entitled "Strengthening Environmental Education in Public and Private Schools", this Office will conduct the Automated Election of Officers of the YES-0 Division Council for SY 2019 - 2020 on July 16, 2019 at 8 o'clock in the morning at the Audio Visual Room (AVR) of Digos City National High School (DiCNHS). 2. In relation to this, all schools shall submit their a.) YES-0 Election Report, narrative form with photos in one (1) page only. An attached b.) List of newly elected officers for SY 2019-2020 prepared by the YES-0 Moderator and YES- 0 Assistant Moderator, noted by the YES-0 COMELEC Chair, recommended the approval by the SPG/SSG President and approved by the School Pincipal/OIC, shall also be submitted not later than July 10, 2019 to the Division Office, Attn: Ms. Julie Anne N. Posadas - Division Youth Formation Coordinator. 3. Moreover, YES-0 Presidents and YES-0 Moderators shall bring their two (2) pieces 2x2 ID picture (wearing school uniform) which shall be used for the automated Division and Regional Councils' Election. 4. The participants to this activity are the YES-0 Presidents and YES-0 Moderators or Asst. Moderators. After the election, the newly-elected Officers and Advisers of the YES-0 Division Council shall be required to implement or conduct division- wide activities and to attend, participate and represent the Division to the regional and national activities relative to the program. 5. Transportation and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged to local funds/School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6. AUTOMATED ELECTION OF THE YOUTH FOR ENVIRONMENT IN SCHOOLS ORGANIZATION (YES-0) DIVISION COUNCIL OFFICERS AND ADVISERS FOR

SY 2019 — 2020
