Service Delivery Screen Shots:

1. Applicant may access the url http://labour.hp.gov.in/ and home page will open

Applicant may click on Service Delivery process to see the detailed procedure, fees & timelines to apply

for any license under Shop & Commercial Establishment Act or Contract Labour Act.

2. If applicant is already registered then may login using his/her login id & password. If not

registered then applicant has to register by clicking on Register New User

3. After login applicant can see the list of available services.

4. From the list of services, applicant may select the desired service to apply for license.

5. After clicking on registration menu applicant will land to below registration form, here user may

search their Aadhar detail also using available “Search Aadhar” button.

6. After filling the form applicant will click on “Proceed to Next” and he/she will get alert to make

payment.

7. In next step applicant will get the screen for payment detail and after clicking on make payment

button applicant will go to payment gateway screen.

8. From the payment gateway page applicant may pay their fee using multiple options like Online,

Debit/Credit banking and after successful payment receipt will be generated for same.

9. After successful payment applicant may print, view and track the application status from the

“Print Your Forms” option.

10. After clicking on “View” option applicant can print their forms also as mentioned in below

screen.

11. After getting approval of application applicant may print and download their respective

certificate.
