ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL METHODS AND MATERIALS, WHICH ARE INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR, MUST
SITE MAY BE INSPECTED BY DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVES AND THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE SUBJECT TO PENALTIES FOR
ANY ITEMS OR METHODS THAT ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE.
