1. Hold office as Veterinary Physician or Surgeonor any other like title (by whatever namecalled) in Government or in any Institutionmaintained by a local or other authority.

Sub.: Acceptance of Aadhaar as Proof of Identity& Address.

The Unique Identification Authority of India(UIDAI) has been entrusted with the responsibilityof issuing UID numbers (Aadhaar numbers) to allresidents in India to define usage and applicabilityof the Aadhaar number for delivery of variousservices. Presently, the process of issuing UIDnumbers to all residents of Goa is in progress andall adult population has already been covered.

In view of the above, the State Government hasdecided to officially recognize Aadhaar issued tothe residents as a valid document for establishingProof of Identity (PoI) & Proof of Address (PoA) foravailing benefits under various schemes & servicesbeing offered by the State Government or any ofthe Autonomous bodies or Corporations of the Stateto the residents of Goa. Therefore, among otherdocuments admissible as Proof of Identity & Proofof Address, the Aadhaar number shall also beaccepted as PoI and PoA by all concerned.

Accordingly, all the Departments, Autonomousbodies, Corporations, etc. of the State Governmentare hereby directed to accept Aadhaar as validdocument for PoI & PoA and issue suitableinstructions in this regards to their subordinateoffices and also carry out required amendments tovarious schemes etc. in line with this decision ofthe Government.

Whereas, the Deputy Superintendent of Police,Traffic, South Goa, Margao, Goa vide above referredletter has submitted that the AFC (Asian FootballConfederation) U-16 Championship India 2016Football matches are scheduled to be held from15-09-2016 to 02-10-2016 at P.J.N. Stadium, Fatorda,Margao and Athletic Stadium, Bambolim and intotal 16 international teams will be participating inthe tournament. The tournament being aninternational football matches, various sportsdelegates of different countries, VIP’s and otherspecial invitees etc. will be witnessing the sameincluding large numbers of spectators/footballlovers are expected to witness the event;

And whereas, in order to prevent trafficcongestion and for smooth flow of the vehiculartraffic, it is requested to issue temporary notificationfor No Parking, No Entry, Road Closure, Diversion ofTraffic for ensuing smooth traffic arrangements onthe routes leading to the PJN Stadium, Fatorda,Margao, Goa on 15-09-2016, 16-09-2016, 18-09-2016,19-09-2016, 21-09-2016, 22-09-2016, 23-09-2016,25-09-2016, 26-09-2016, 29-09-2016 and 02-10-2016from 14.00 hours to 23.00 hours;

And whereas, upon the request of the Dy.Superintendent of Police, Traffic, South Goa, it isrevealed that it requires diverting the traffic forsmoother movement of traffic;

And whereas, I am satisfied that the diversion oftraffic is essential during conduct of the aboveevent;

B. FLOW OF TRAFFIC

1. The entire Padre Pedro Ferrao Road is “Oneway” for vehicular traffic from Ambaji Junctionto Fatorda Junction and No Entry for allvehicles fron Fatorda Junction towards Ambajijunction.

2. Only the VIP Cars will be allowed to proceedvia Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda PJNStadium till drop off point at Gate No. 1.However, their car will not be allowed to park

near or inside stadium. The driver will proceedfurther and will park their vehicle on openspace in front of stadium.

3. The route for VVIP will be from AmbajiJunction towards Fatorda Stadium andvehicles will enter through the Gate No. 1and their cars will be parked inside stadiumon VVIP Parking lot. (Around 50 VVIP carsonly).

4. The stretch of Padre Pedro Ferrao Road fromSilva Bar at Ambaji junction to Fatordajunction will be closed for general traffic. Onlythe local residents with passes and VIP’s withcar passes will be allowed to enter.

5. The vehicles of Match Referee/MatchCommissioner, vehicles of Owners of Teamsand Senior Officials vehicles of AFC will beallowed to proceed via Ambaji Junctiontowards Fatorda PJN Stadium and their vehiclewill enter through Gate No. 1, their car willpark inside stadium near the VVIP parkingslot.

6. The Players Coach will be allowed to proceedvia Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda PJNStadium and will enter through Gate No. 1inside stadium and the Coach will be parkedat Players Coach parking slot behind WestStand of Stadium.

7. The General Public Ticket Holders from Northside i.e. Vasco/Panaji/Mapusa side (NH-17) willbe diverted at Ambaji Junction towardsRavindra Bhavan, Margao via old market circleand will be allowed to park their vehiclesSGPDA Ground opposite Osia Multiplex,SGPDA Pickup Stand, SAG Football Ground,Ravindra Bhavan and Joggers Park.

8. The General Public Ticket Holders from Southi.e. from Quepem/Cuncolim/Colva, Margao city(South side) will enter through Abade Fariaroad, Old Market Circle and proceed towardsSGPDA Market and will park their vehicles onSGPDA Ground near Osia Multiplex, SGPDAPickup Stand, SAG Football Ground andRavindra Bhavan, Margao.

9. The General Public Ticket Holders from Southi.e. from Ponda, Raia will enter through ArlemCircle towards Fatorda by SH-5 and proceedtowards PWD Office and they will be divertedtowards Don Bosco College side to park theirvehicles.

10. The SH-5 road will from PWD Office toSwimming Pool circle will be closed for general

vehicular traffic only. The vehicles of Pass/Ticket holders will be allowed to proceedfurther towards parking lots i.e. near JoggersPark.

11. Vehicular traffic coming from Ponda/Raia//Eastern By-pass will be segregated at Arlemjunction. The general traffic will be divertedon the Nuvem By-pass/Eastern By-pass toproceed for their onwards journey/destinationtowards South Goa. Only Ticket/Pass holdervehicle/Accredited vehicle will be allowed toproceed towards Fatorda Stadium side up toSincro Hotel Junction and further their vehiclewill be diverted towards Don Bosco Collegeside.

12. Fatorda bound vehicular traffic coming fromMargao city will be stopped at Borda nearEurico Silva house and diverted via BolsheBig Foot Circle-Eastern By-Pass for theironward journey.

13. Local buses proceeding to and coming fromPonda/Borim side will be diverted to take theroute via Borda/Eastern By-Pass/Nuvem By-pass for their onward journey/destination.

14. The small stretch of road from Davandem toArlem will be temporarily closed withbarricading till the end of match.

15. The Agali-Fatorda junction near Modern Clinicwill be closed and only pass holders/ticketholders and local residents with passes willbe allowed.

C. ROAD CLOSURE/DIVERSION

1. At Ambaji Junction, Margao:- The entire PadrePedro Ferrao Road from Ambaji Junction toFatorda Junction will be closed for GeneralTraffic and only VVIP/VIP pass holder and localresident pass holder will be allowed to proceedvia this road.

2. Near Loyola Housing Society Junction,Ambaji:- Only VVIP/VIP pass holder and localresident with passes will be allowed toproceed via this road towards PJN Stadium.

3. Near new Presentation School Junction,Chandrawado:- No any vehicle will be allowedto proceed towards Ambaji side, except localresident with passes.

4. Arlem Junction:- No any vehicle will beallowed to proceed towards Ambaji side,except general pass holder and local residentvehicle with passes.

5. At Sincro Hotel Junction near PWD, Fatorda:-No any vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side.

6. Near TV Digital Shop, Don Bosco road junction:-No any vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side.

7. Fatorda Four Road Junction:- To close all roadfor no traffic movement except VIP cars.

8. Swimming Pool Circle, Margao:- No any vehiclewill be allowed to proceed towards PJNStadium side.

9. Near SGPDA Market Junction Ponda Road:- Noany vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side except general passholder.

10. Near Old Market Circle on Ponda Road:- Noany vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side except general passholder.

11. Taleband Junction (Fabindia Shop) nearRavindra Bhavan:- No any vehicle will beallowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.

12. At Borda Junction near Euric Silva house:- Noany vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side except GeneralTicket Holder coming with Two Wheeler andlocal resident with passes.

13. KTC-Fatorda Road:- No any vehicle will beallowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.

14. Agali-Gogal junction near Modern Clinic:- Noany vehicle will be allowed to proceedtowards PJN Stadium side road except localresident with proper passes.

D. NO PARKING ZONES

1. To ensure that no parking on the main roadsapproaching Fatorda Stadium.

2. There will be no movement of vehicle fromSincro Hotel to Joggers Park junction.

3. There will be no parking of vehicles on mainroad from Ambaji Junction to Fatorda Junction(Entire Padre Pedro Ferrao Road).

4. There will be no parking of vehicles on mainroad i.e. SH-5 from Arlem Junction to OldMarket Circle.
