25 SUCCESS TIPS

1. Know why you do what you do. If you feel passionate about what you do in your career, you truly love and enjoy what you are doing; you will never feel like you are working a day in your life!

2. There is not a straight line to success. If you have a dream of creating a higher level of what your success in life looks like today, be prepared to take a few hair-pin curves, plan for a few speed bumps and maybe some 180 degree turns. BUT…GO FOR YOUR DREAMS! Have a FUN RIDE and just know “It all will work out in the end.” 3. You must let go of your security and plan to take that hairy (Scary) ride. Fear is also known as a false GOD. Your success means that you have to let go of your FALSE GODS!

4. This path from just a dream to creating reality may feel scary but when you realize you can do this and when you let go of fear, you WILL realize your full potential. AND Your True Potential really IS Bigger Than YOU! (YOU are much bigger than where you are

today)

5. True success means that you need to have good daily habits because what you do each day creates your tomorrow. You can be lazy but you need to be smart lazy. Your daily habits create tomorrow’s outcome and YOUR success. (Or lack of)

6. Always have a mentor or coach. True leaders are people who can get outside of themselves and look at their inside. They analyze how they can be better and they are willing to ask someone not too close to them, how they can get to their next level of success. True leaders are masterminds and they are always open to learning -learning over and over and over… They crave new information. YOU are your best investment! 7. Always Mastermind. Where two are two or more gather together more knowledge is shared. “Knowledge is Power.”

8. Creating CHANGE can feel uncomfortable. Get used to feeling uncomfortable. Remember: FEAR is your FALSE GOD. “I promise it will feel easier as you move through change.” 9. Positive energy. Most successful people have positive thoughts spinning around in their head. Not everyone thinks positive thoughts all the time but successful people are the ones who know how to turn these negative thoughts off. They become aware of their negative thoughts and have a plan to change those thoughts. They try exercise, meditation, a walk on the beach, maybe a good leadership book, good music, etc. Next time you catch yourself thinking negative create a + PLAN. 10. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Judging others is a waste of your time. When you do this, you are only trying to justify your own choices. Be confident in your own choices and live in the power of your purpose for why you do what you do to live the life of your dreams. 11. “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” (Quote by Albert Einstein) The person you are now is not the same person to will be leaping into the success of their dreams. You will not just Do the job of a dental consultant but you will evolve into a leader. You will BE an Influencer when you are a successful dental consultant. “Don’t just DO – BE!” 12. Successful people get advice from people who are more successful than they are. The average people in our world today will only ask for advice from family and friends. 13. Once you are living your dreams, there are people around you who will not like what you have become. Not to worry! This is a reflection of them. Not everyone will support your success. Your success will cause others around you to see what they have yet to accomplish. This is about them NOT you! 14. Time is an asset. Time can not be given back. Utilize your time well. How you decide to use your time is what will fund your future success. Wise time utilization will help you leap to a higher level sooner. Utilizing your time wisely is the difference between $50 and $500,000.00. Think about how you use your time.

15. Decisions. Think about the decisions you would make IF you were the successful dental consultant you are dreaming of becoming. BE means that you will ACT as if you ARE. What you decide from this point forward needs to come from a place of where you WILL BE - because you are committed to accomplishing your dream! 16. Dental consultants are advisors who MUST feel comfortable talking about numbers.

Whether you want to be a dental social media expert or a dental coach to build successful teams, you will need to think about and feel comfort-able talking about numbers. In real estate it’s all about “Location! Location! Location!” In dentistry it’s “Monitor! Monitor! Monitor!” 17. Begin now to be very savvy with your money. You will not attract more money unless you know how to take care of your finances now. 18. Successful consultants are BOLD. Your success depends upon your follow up and follow through with potential clients, meeting planners, editors, etc. You must be able to help dentists make decisions that they FEAR most. This means being Bold! Fear not and think BIG always. Your thoughts are what determine your success. (And the success of those who surround you. Those who become your clients.) “You become the five people you surround yourself with.” Surround yourself with BOLD successful people. 19. Be productive. Being productive does not mean you do more. This is about investing your energy and time into tasks that will make a difference in your business which ultimately create a different result in your life. Being productive is choosing to do the tasks that will bring you the success you are dreaming of and in an order of what is most important to get there the easiest way. 20. Successful people know why they do what they do in their career. This means that you really enjoy what you do – right? I am here to tell you this: “No more whining. No more complaining. As part of the Dental Consultant Master Academy, we have a global group of dental professionals who will most likely (some of the people) become your confidant. (At least a professional colleague and part of your career forever.) Get a coach and also that I am here as your coach and you have access to me and colleagues (In our group and you can also connect in our Private Facebook Group), to process what you need. If it is not this easy to process then you need to consider hiring a private coach, therapist or talk to a pastor at your church. 21. Cut out unnecessary expenses. Look at your bank and credit card statements. Look for ways to cut back on your expenses. Learn how to use QuickBooks and manage Your expenses. It is possible that you have charges on your accounts that really are not your charges. Fraud occurs every second so keep an eye on your accounts and think lean. Look over how many trips you made to Starbucks last week. Do you really need to go out for coffee? Where can you make cuts in your spending? Your money mindset affects what decisions you help your clients make and it will help you BE the message you bring to your clients. Walk your talk is a good saying when talking about money in your business 22. Choose well. Your choices today determine your outcome tomorrow.

23. Begin small. It is okay to start on a small scale. It is possible that today you have a full-time job, a family, kids to drive to sports, etc., etc. Start with what you have. If you have a dream and really want to achieve your dream, it is okay to just start with planting a very small seed. What counts most is that you start. Once you start (plant your seed), you need to water your seed and overtime you really will see a beautiful garden grow! It may take longer if you just plant a seed. The point is to take action. Even small imperfect action is better than no action at all. 24. You don’t need to have an IQ of over 100 to be a successful dental consultant/ coach. What you need is to have a BIG VISION. And then take action to make your vision (your dreams) become REALITY. 25. Set goals: Conceive → Believe → Achieve→ Receive. I hope you enjoyed my 25 WAYS TO CREATE BUSINESS SUCCESS tips. The 50 Week Certification Program is sent to your “inbox” each week in sequential order. You will lay a foundation to begin earning an income depending upon how quickly you decide to implement the information given to you each week. The process begins with your mindset as an entrepreneur and then you will learn how to choose your perfect niche in the dental industry PLUS learn how to identify your ideal client(s). You will learn how to attract your “ideal client(s)” and then what to share and how to share your knowledge with all your clients. Everything you will want to create, develop: successful and strategic systems, including products (you can sell online or to clients), is written in a step-by-step sequential order starting with developing your right mind-set to identifying your ideal clients, how to get clients to say “yes” to your services, how to write a client proposal, how to analyze a dental practice so you have a baseline and where to begin your services PLUS so much more. Do you know how to set up a presentation that grabs the attention of your audience? It may not be a dental conference but you will need to know how to be captivating when you present to your teams (aka: The employees in the offices you will work with) who are your clients. Do you know how to market your business and create multiple streams of income? During these 50 weeks you will learn how to create a plan to not just make money by working with clients one: one but how you can get paid for your systems (services, products you create) even while you are asleep or on a vacation lying on a beach. I sell to dentists all over the world - each week. At least one morning each week I wake up and have sold a product which includes a system I developed which is online or in an eBook. How the program works: Each Week Each Monday, you receive an inspiring and motivational implementation tool. Usually on Tuesday, you receive your weekly video with action steps and many weeks include forms and guides to use in your business immediately. These are guides which you can customize to become your brand with the information that pertains to your specific niche. Some of these forms include contracts to use with your clients. Some of the forms apply to handling team challenges or how to follow up with a potential client. It may include what to write in your email when a potential client is inquiring about your services. You will discover how to read a balance sheet so you know how to begin monitoring your client outcome. You will learn everything A-Z about speaking at dental conferences. Everything you need is at your fingertips. You are the one who is in charge of what you wish to implement. The more you implement, the faster your business will grown and the higher your profit potential will be. The only pressure you have to complete anything is the pressure you put on yourself - -but then, you need to ask yourself: “Why be in this program if you don’t plan to implement most of these tools that will be at your fingertips?”

Monthly Access Calls Each month there is an access call and as our group grows we will have more access calls which will vary in the time held so all can attend personally. Can’t attend? Not to worry! Each access call is recorded and you are invited to submit a question. We also have a Private Facebook Group which you will find motivating and inspirational. We have people in this group from all over the world!

Annually Each year we will all gather for a day to mastermind. This will be a round table with time for discussion and learning from everyone and your coach Debbie Seidel-Bittke.
