The proposal was for a downtown site in the historic bank district and consisted of program elements such as gallery space, classrooms, and libraries. The project was meant to be a central building in the emerging architecture scene within Los Angeles

38th & Blake38th & Blake is a mixed use residential project in the arts district of Denver, Colorado. This project was unique because it was a real site with a real client and was presented to the client at the conclusion of the semester. The project includes 190 units and 10,000 SF of retail and office space.
