Experience
If God could give us a chance to do it from the beginning…
We would choose some other project!
It’s like the song “Bitter-sweet symphony”
…
“Bitter”(problems we suffered)
At the beginning… • The requirement is updating almost every week which made us dare not to meet our customer • Understanding the requirement correctly• Get to know each other
During the middle…• Learning Eclipse: Eclipse Framework, Eclipse plug-ins,
GEF, XSD, EMF, SWT, draw2d …• Coding— one of the most terrible jobs in the world…
Close the end…• Livin’ on the prayer
“Sweet” (fun we had)
• It’s really great fun when we are complaining about the project on the meeting by Skype
• As well as joking each other
• We’ve learned a lot, both technical and none-technical aspects
• It’s fun to work in a distributed team
“Symphony”
Well, time’s flying so fast! It was like yesterday we had just chosen the topic of project… everybody gained a lot through this course, I guess this experience is more important than the technical stuff we learned. It’s really great to have these friends working together. Croats are hardworking guys, Swedish side is diligent as well. We really want to meet each other, at least once. And what a pity that we don’t even have a photo together.
Thanks for FER&MDH gave us this course Thanks for our teachers and guest lecturers Thanks for our customer—RikardThanks for our leaders Mathias and MirosThanks for everyone!
