Demand & Supply Coordinator Herbalife is global nutrition and direct selling company offering a range of science-based weight management products, nutritional, energy and fitness supplements, as well as personal care products to support a healthy lifestyle. In the EMEA region Herbalife is active in 37 countries. The EMEA Head Office is located in Uxbridge (London). In Venray (Netherlands) the EMEA Distribution Center is located and with more than 130 employees the EDC takes care of the distribution to independent Distributors (Europe) and other Distribution Centers (Worldwide). This newly created position will allow Supply Chain Venray to better anticipate changing markets circumstances, improving supply and cost efficiency. Tasks and responsibilities Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports. Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy. Consolidate Demand Forecast for EMEA and agree these with Home Office. Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed. Establish and utilize existing methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets. Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with country representative within region, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on new product introduction, and promotions). Participate in/lead relevant Supply related meetings. Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree in Logistics/Business Economics. Highly developed analytical skills and accuracy; detail oriented. At least 3 years related experience within a FMCG multi national environment. Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain planning, Demand Planning tools (Logility preferred) and ERP software, preferably Oracle. Fluent in English, verbally and in writing. Perform well under pressure handling multiple dead lines. Hands-on mentality. Strong customer focus and result oriented. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to deal with changing priorities. Highly communicative, across all levels of the organization and external business relations.
