Create an experience for Dell attendees to fully comprehend • how Dell products, services and solutions combine to deliver a complete package for their clients.

Provide personalized, turnkey service to Dell.•

Solutions

Designed, created and installed over 35 different interactive • areas, including healthcare, education and public enterprise, to demonstrate how Dell’s products, services and solutions can be sculpted for individual clients.

Developed a downloadable mobile app for attendees, • illustrating the seminar layout, exhibit descriptions, daily schedule and partners in attendance.

Four GES managers and 35 GES crew were • on-site each day to oversee operations.

Results

The Expo was named by attendees as one of the three • most valuable elements of the entire seminar.

96% of attendees felt that the Expo delivered relevant and • important content which matched their customers’ needs.

GES’ expertise and guidance helped Dell save money • by integrating rental and re-usable components.

Dell executives felt that the event was phenomenal, and they • especially appreciated GES’ responsiveness and expert advice.
