Home work for Parents

Dear Parents,

We are the caretakers of your ward/s. You might have noticed that they feel very happy to come

to school. We are providing the best infrastructure, academics, activities and sports, which are

very important for the growth and development of your ward/s. Your ward/s are really enjoying

our care and attention and we do understand that the school life is the most important period of

their life. Now you are going to spend some good time with your ward/s as natural guardian,

during summer break. Therefore, a few tips as a class teacher I wish to share with you…

Have at least two meals together with your ward/s. Tell them many people work hard to provide

you a meal. Let him understand the importance of agriculture and the hard work of people in the

fields.

Let them wash their own plate after every meal. Children learn dignity of labour from such

habits.

The word or Idiom, which you get with morning SMS, discuss with them.

Visit 3 neighbours. Know more about them, click pics with them and build a good rapport with

them.

Allow them to help you in cooking, let children learn to make some snacks, etc.

Take them to your workplace and let them understand that you work hard to support the family.

Try to share stories with them and tell them about your childhood and family story.

As far as possible keep them away from TV and Mobile phones.

Look into the eyes of your ward/s, thank God for giving you one, which is a absolute wonder of

nature.

You and we are only a temporary custodian and in a short while she/he will be soaring where

we have no role to play.

We wish you good wishes for a wonderful and marvelous vacation.
