The packages listed are samples only and can be ad-justed to whatever your affair requires. There is nolimitation to the number of entrees, salads, and veg-etables you may request. Delaware Provision willcreate a package that fits your event plan.Basically, additional items added to the menu wouldbe $2.00 per person.
For non-served events, an additional charge of $100will be added to setup the entire hall/banquet room.This would only involve using our tablecloths andpaper products.
For served events, the decoration of the hall andclean up is already included.
Disposable products include: Plastic knives, forks,spoons, Foam plates, dessert/appetizer plates, saladbowls, and paper napkins

Equipment Rental• There is a $15.00 rental fee per day on chafing
dishes.• Sternos for chafing dishes are purchased for $1.50
a piece.• Serving spoons, roll baskets, coffee pots, and other
accessories are charged as a rental. Price based onquantity.
