GOOD TO KNOWTHE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPLIES TO ALL WILD GAME TRIM UNLESS NOTED:

∙ We are no longer processing whole deer.∙ We only accept boneless deer trim. ∙ Confirmation numbers are required for all big game orders

∙ We will not accept improperly handled or unclean trimmings

∙ We will not accept trim in garbage bags! They are for garbage and are not food safe! Use coolers, bowls, food safe pails, large ziplock bags, etc.

∙ We reserve the right to refuse any trim that does not meet our quality standards at Dehmer’s. We take pride in our quality and products and expect you to do the same with your trimmings!

∙ All sausage is made in mixed batches from Nov 1 through Jan 31.

∙ Private batches are only available from Feb 1 through Oct 10 and they must be a minimum 20# batch per item choice.

∙ Due to limited freezer space we ask that you pick up your order within one week of being notified that it is complete – storage fees will apply thereafter if arrangements have not been made.

∙ For the do-it yourselfers-we have paper, tape, casings, pork & beef trim and spices.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPLIES TO WATERFOWL ONLY:

∙ All waterfowl is done in private batches, minimum 20 lb. batch sizes need to be met. We can add extra pork (for an additional charge) to get you to your batch size if needed.

∙ All items made with waterfowl will be matched with pork with the exception of jerky.
