Das Problem Heute
•Verschiedene Kalibrationstechniken
•Ungleiche ”pixel weighting methods”
Vergleichen diverser Hersteller

Das Ziel
Exposure Index = 1510
SPEED CLASS = 320
Dosisindex = 320
SPEED Index = 320

AAPM Task Group 116 onStandardization of an Image ReceptorDose Index for Digital Radiography
CHARGE:To identify a method of providing
feedback, in the form of astandard index, to operators ofdigital radiography systems, which reflects the adequacy ofthe exposure that has reachedthe image receptor (IR) afterevery exposure event.

Charakteristica eines idealen Index
•Herstellerunabhängig•Vorteile verfügbar für alle Hersteller
•Einheitlich Systemkalibrierung•Standard Kalibrierung der Pixelwerte
•Klar Definiert•Meßbar und Reproduzierbar
•Technologieunabhäng•CR / DR
•Robust•Unabhängig vom Bildinhalt
•Konstanz•Klinische- sowie Phantomaufnahmen
•Einfach•Berechnung und Verständnis

4. Empfehlung
