CITY OF PASAY) S.SAFFIDAVITI, GERARD MICHAEL O. ZARASPE, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 12, Rodriguez St., Pasay City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am a motorcycle (habal-habal) driver;

2. That on or about 8:15 pm of 24 December 2014, while I am on board a motorcyle along Harrison Street, Pasay City, Philippines, a certain MORENO M. ILAO JR. and MAILYN P. CONSIGNADO called my attention asking for help to bring a wounded person (MAY ILAO) to a Hospital;3. That thereupon, I responded immediately and saw the blooded victim and due to shock or just finding no words to say, happened to ask what happened? The victim replied, I was shot. Out of curiosity the nn, I further asked her who shot her. She answered I did not recognized;4. Thereafter, ILAO, MAILYN and I rushed the victim to the Clinica Ozarraga in Pasay City.5. That I execute this affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to establish the truth of the foregoing facts for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
