Responsibility in Operations & Maintenance of 110 / 11 Kv HT & LT switch Yards ,Sub-station Motors ,Solar panel, VFD,UPS & Battery including Synchronizing System (Both TG to EB) etc. Exposure to modern maintenance management systems.

Technical Knowledge in safe O & M in the areas Up to 35 Mw X 2 TG sets -11 kv,1500KVa DG sets 3.3kv & 440 V, compressor, Hp & LP Boiler, HVAC, Fire safety systems, WTP, ETP ,RO Plant & building etc. Preferably experience in the areas of PLC, Automation, BMS / PMS ,Energy management ,Trouble shooting skills in HT & LT Electrical circuits and create a new modification circuit for minor projects works etc. Co-ordinate with engineering maintenance department to give job orders for repairs, maintenance and upkeep of all the fittings such as Civil, Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and waterproofing in the factory and office premises.

Assume Additional responsibility for Maintenance in the absence of Maintenance Manager. Ensure work practice conforms to safety regulations and procedures in all preventive & breakdown

maintenance is conducted as defined in the system. Managing and ensuring proper functioning of office equipments like AC, UPS, Invertors etc Periodic

pest control service. To make arrangements for the handover of the Electricity and other common bills to the respective flat To monitor the STP / WTP / DG Sets / Lifts / Status of Water / Garbage Collection / Functionality of Intercoms

Reviewing the operation of plant equipment systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipates and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement. Check all records are maintained on regular basis. Deploy team resources in most effective & safe manner to achieve the agreed service levels and objectives. Prepare RO, PO and Purchase indent, Work requisition (if required).

Plan to maintain sufficient stock of all spare parts/critical parts at the optimum level and Execution of SAP R3 PM Module and to assign daily tasks to supervisors

Maximizing effective utilization of all resources, manpower and facilities to achieve high efficiency in operations and maintenance. Minimizing break down times of plant equipments, machinery and utilities & Effective management of spares and consumables. Co-ordination with production team and other departments to create MIS reporting Maintaining and updating of operating and training manuals for the maintenance department & Ensuring that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

Co-ordination with getting necessary approvals from statutory authorities like state electricity board, Pollution control board in terms of site preparation. Technical Induction given to new joins (if required) to Arrange training program and attend with team as planed.

Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, parking, cleaning, waste disposal, general administrative services and recycling. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections .electricity & vendor relationships.

To arrange materials for Maintenance and upkeep of inventory and daily distribute of material as per the daily requirement. Advising on energy saving & Cost control, Employee welfare. Generate service maintenance reports on office equipments. Procurement of Stationery and other items and ensuring minimum usage. Purchase and maintenance of office assets
