1. To God be the glory, great things He hath done,So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,Who yielded His life an atonement for sin,And opened the life-gate that all may go in.

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,

Let the earth hear His voice;Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,Let the people rejoice;Oh, come to the Father, through Jesus the Son,And give Him the glory; great things He hath done.

2. Oh, perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,To every believer the promise of God;The vilest offender who truly believes,That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

3. Great things He hath taught us, great things He hath done,And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;But purer, and higher, and greater will beOur wonder, our transport when Jesus we see.

HYMN: TO GOD BE THE GLORYGod our Father is awesome and mighty, His

glory fills the heavens and the earth. All we have to do is to look around us and we will behold the glory of the Lord. It is enmeshed in all that He created.

The Psalmist in Psalm 96 enjoins all believers to worship God with the whole of their being. In fact, the word “sing” was repeated three times in the first two verses.

1. “Sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth.”

2. “Sing to the Lord, bless His name.”

When we glorify God through the lifting of our voices in praises to Him, we are fulfilling our primary purpose for which we have been created; which is to worship and adore Him. In fact, this will be our eternal purpose as well, as this is what we will be doing endlessly in heaven; that is to glorify God and enjoy His presence forever.

Psalm 115:18 says,

“But we will bless the Lord, From this time forth and forevermore.Praise the Lord!”

Genuine praise involves the joining of our minds, hearts and affections in the words that we declare to God. When you have an intimate relationship with God, praise and worship will

spontaneously well up in your heart to the One who loved you with such an everlasting love, that He paid the ultimate sacrifice for your salvation and well being.

I therefore encourage you to make praise and worship your lifestyle. Give thanks to God continuously, declare His goodness and mercy when you wake up, and His faithfulness and love when you lie down. Choose to wear the beautiful garment of praise daily as the psalmist said in Psalm 33:1-2,

1. “Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous! for praise from the upright is beautiful”.

2. “Praise the Lord with the harp, make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings.”

My wife and I have been married for

seven years and were believing God

for the fruit of the womb. After

receiving anointing by the Servant-

Leader, she asked us to believe God

for breakthroughs. Little did we

know that we were going to be

I bless the name of the Lord for

sound health. I visited a church

where free medical care was given,

and it was discovered that my blood

pressure was very high, they advised

me to visit the hospital. But after

intense prayers at the Workers

Retreat, I revisited the hospital and

was told it was normal. Our God is

a miracle worker!

I prophesy that I shall not be put to shame, my expectations shall not be cut short and I come against every stumbling block that wants to prevent your glory from manifesting in my life, in Jesus name, Amen.

I ask that You reveal Your glory to me and help me align myself with Your glory and greatness all the days of my life, in Jesus name, Amen.

I will declare Your praise always O Lord, and proclaim Your glory over my life and that of my family members, in Jesus name, Amen.

In this month of May, I receive grace for supernatural exploits and I will be favoured by God and men in Jesus name, Amen.
