DEL 3.3 - Report on analysis procedure for call launch

Launch of the call is based on these fundamental documents:

• Call Announcement

• Guidelines for Applicants

• Project Template

For each document we circulated a matrix and

Partners were asked for suggestions to improve

the documents for the next JPICH call: HERITAGE PLUS

In the next weeks we will circulate a draft of Deliverables 3.3.

The delivery due date was 30 September but we need more time

New delivery date : 15 December

ACTION PROGRAMME

• The AP is the first step in implementing the SRA

• AP will be a document which, starting from the SRA, gives tools ansd topics for implementation

• Tools will be enabling activities, such as joint calls, networking, knowledge sharing, mobility of researchers, infrastructure etc.

• Topics will be derived mainly from the SRA. In addition input from MS which topics in their own country are most apt for collaboration because of content and urgency will be considered.
