Cancellation Deposits are non-refundable. Events canceled 48 hours before to a 50% charge, 24 hours or less, 100% charge with the exception of delivery fees or gratuities.

AllergiesWe DO NOT cater for life threatening food allergies.

Delivery and Setup Basic buffet set up will be finished before your scheduled eat/start time. Includes buffet linens and black plasticware. Served meals will be quoted.

Picking Up Your EventPlease keep all of our items in the same location and room that we set up in. Weekday events will start to be picked up 1½ hour after your eating time. Nights and weekend, unstaffed events, will be picked up the next business weekday. If our items cannot be kept in a secured locked location, a staff member may be required to stay at your event.

Standard Charges A delivery fee and/or a service charge will be added to every event that we deliver. This fee can vary depending on location, distance, your set up needs as well as additional setup requirements if using china and linens.

Additional Charges for Pick UpsAll deliveries are subject to additional charges if we must return for missing items, are kept waiting for setup or breakdown, as well as request for late pick up, and missing or damaged items.

Credit Card FeesA 3% credit card fee will be added to any event using a credit card.

DecorPlease let us know what your theme and colors are. We will dress our food and beverage tables to match.

StaffingIf you are requesting staff or have a large event, we strongly suggest that you have us schedule staff. Any staff, bartenders, chefs or dishwashers are paid at the end of your event with a check or cash from you, paid directly to each person. There is a 4 hour minimum for each person, and you will need to consider any time required to set up and break down when paying them.

GratuityA small percentage will be added to all events. This will be divided between kitchen, delivery and office staff. If you would like to alter this, it must be done prior to your event as it is paid out to the staff. (Bartenders excluded)

LeftoversWe do not pack up your leftovers and do not bring containers. If you plan on keeping any food, please have it packed up and removed before we return to pick up our items.

Supplies NeededWe only bring the supplies to eat or drink items that we bring with us. If you are providing anything yourself, you will need the supplies to set up and serve with.

China and Glass Rental Options (rented by the piece) • China Appetizer Plates & Forks• China Dessert Plates and Forks• China Lunch or Dinner & Silverware • Champagne Glass • Glasses: Water/Multi Purpose Or Wine

Any other rentals will need to be ordered through a rental company.

Table or Chair RentalsWe do not rent or bring any tables or chairs. Please have any of your rentals in place a minimum of 4 hours before our arrival. We can rent up to 6 cocktail tables.

Linen Rentals (other than our buffets)Will be quoted to your requirement. Color & Specialty Fabrics will be quoted. Some of the linens will require a 10 linen minimum.
