What Flash GAMM is

Flash GAMM! is а unique event devoted to flash and social games and organized specially for professional developers, publishers, producers, programmers and designers, for representatives of game portals and potential investors, which purpose is to share experi-ence, contacts and ideas. The meeting is hours of close communication between representatives of game industry from different countries and of different specializations.

This is going to be the fifth conference. The first took place in Kyiv on October 25-26, 2008, and about 150 people from different countries visited the event. The second, held in Moscow on May 14, 2009, gathered over 170 participants. The third one welcomed over 180 visitors in Kyiv on December 5-6, 2009. Our fourth meeting, organized in Moscow on May 13, 2010, gathered 380 partici-pants. This time we expect to admit about 400 visitors.

The conference will take place in Kyiv on December 4-5, 2010 (Saturday-Sunday).

How it will be

The event is to gather the leading social game developing and publishing companies, representatives of flash-game portals and independent developers. We are going to cover the issues of flash game development, monetization, design and animation, advertizing, payment systems, social games and many more.

The conference will be held in 2 streams during 2 days. Its 24 slots will include lectures, round tables, trainings, master classes, blitz-sessions section, game lynch and the best flash game contest award ceremony.

Each company and independent developer registered until November 15 will be included into the catalogue of the conference, where one may present information about the company, add links to the portfolio, provide game screenshots, etc. Thus, all the participants can get an image of the current situation on the flash game development market.www.flashgamm.com/kyiv2010/ru/catalogue

13. LectureWe reserve a lecture section only for Gold sponsors. You are free to read it or not – as you wish. The topic of the lecture is to be discussed with organizers.

We have prepared a number of additional sponsor' services which you may find interesting.If you would like to expand your sponsorship package we can offer you the following options.

1. Official sponsor of Flash GAMM! after-partyYou can support After Party of the first conference day. The budget of the party depends on you finances and is discussed with organizers.

Advantages: The official status of the «Flash GAMM Party Sponsor», a special page in the conference booklet with the information about the party and your logo, the party run-down with the reference to your company on the conference web-site. Press-releases and announcements will also mention you as the sponsor of Flash GAMM Party!

2. Coffee-break sponsor.Coffee-break will be held once a conference day. So, you may sponsor both coffee-breaks or only one. The cost and details are discussed with organizers.

Advantages: In addition to common sponsorship you will get the status of the «Coffee-break sponsor».This will be announced during the breaks, on the official web-site and in the conference booklet. The banners with your logos stating your company as the Coffee-break sponsor will be set in the coffee-break zone. To your will waitresses may wear T-shirts with your logotypes.

3. Registration sponsor.This option is another opportunity to promote your company.

Advantages: The girls at the registration table will wear T-shirts with your company logo. The plates at the reception will mention that you are the sponsor of registration for Flash GAMM. You may also put your leaflets and business cards right on the registration table.

4. T-shirts sponsor.As you know T-shirts are favorite souvenirs for the participants, usually worn long after the conference thus promoting you company.

Advantages: The T-shirts will have a logo, slogan, web link, or any other information about your company to your choice on the face. T-shirts are included to the common set handed over to the participants. The cost and the number are discussed with the organizers.

5. Badge sponsor.Your logotype will be printed on a sheet placed on the backside of the badges and the stripes of all the participants.

Advantages: additional advertizing of your company. As the badges usually turn from time to time, all the visitors will see your logo instead of the participant's name.

6. Promotion page.A page in the A5 format conference booklet with your ad, a list of vacancies or any other information costs 150$. The cost of an ad on the inner side of the booklet cover is 200$.
