SOURCE OF THERMAL ENERGY ON WHICH MEE CAN BE DESIGNED
We can design MEE system on following thermal energy sources;
I.Steam from pressure as low as 1.5 Kgs/cm2 to as high as 12 kgs /cm2.
II.Thermic Oil available from the plant. We need to know the Kcal of Thermic
energy during our design stage.
III. Electric Energy. Though this is very costly as compared to above two. We
can design the MEE on Electrical Energy as well.

A steel industry has a very typical challenging waste water stream generated from various process like Hot Rolling Mills, Cold Rolling Mills, Acidic Effluent, High TDS effluent, etc
We sucessfully commissioned our first plant at M/s. Jindal Ltd – Vasind ( Maharashtra) of capacity 75KLPD Cum/day in 2013
Post sucessful installation, erection & commissioning of the MEE plant at Jindal Vasing, we were awarded a modification job at M/s. Jindal for their unit at Tarapur. At this place there was an existing MEE supplied by a Thane based Evaporator company. We sucessfully modified this Evaporator for client & is now under sucessful operation.
Further to the success of modifcation carried our at Jindal Tarapur, we were awarded modifcation job of an MEE at ISAPT Kamleshwar, Nagpur. This MEE was also supplied by te same Thane based Evaporator company. We carried out modification of MEE at this unit as well sucessfully.
Now we are executing order for Bhilai Steel Plant through MECON
