Euthanisia should be legal :
For :
Every person has the right to choose to live or die
Dying is not immoral because it doesn’t infringe a persons wishes. Infact murder is the act which does that.
Euthanasia gives relatives freedom to move on with their lives instead of just sitting and looking at their loved ones die a slow peaceful death.
Euthanasia protects dignity of a person
It is a necessity in todays world because not every disease is curable.
Saves money of life care when you know the person is not curable.
Time frame should be set only then euthanasia should be allowed.
Euthanasia doesn’t harm others, it is properly carried out under rules. So it is not like people are physicians are not just killing people at a death wish.
It gives life to others in need and does not actually shorten life span significantly. Euthanasia – quality matters not quantity.
Chronic pain

hippacratic oath
Sometimes the wish is not free will but influenced because of some adverse circumstances
Closure – it may deny some closure
Euthanasia tourism
Human species is resilient. Unless and until we give the person the chance to grow and defeat that disease, we cant really know.
Ban smoking in public spaces
http://www.debate.org/opinions/should-smoking-be-banned-in-public-places
For :
Sets the wrong example – encourages people to smoke
Health risks – lungs, cancer, overall well being, stamina
People throw cigarette stubs – pollute it
Children can get affected at an impressionable age
It is as bad as allowing pollution
Against :
Peple have the right to recreation
People can walk away , sometimes people are only smoking in secluded public places without getting into the harm of other people.
There are more important issues to focus upon.
Make voting compulsory
Sometimes it is okay to restrict the freedom of speech
People have the right to die
A judge can never be completely objective
Countries should spend more on healthcare than defence
