Dear Friends of Demarest: We are excited to announce Demarest Day will be on September 21, 2019 from 11PM to 3PM (rain date September 22, 2019), followed by 125th Demarest Fire Department Celebration. We invite you to partner with us to make this year's Demarest Day even bigger and better that last year's memorable event. We are excited to offer a full day of activities rounding out the day with a fireworks display. Below are several options to participate in Demarest Day, however all monetary donations of any amount are welcome. We will also consider in-kind donations of services, such as kids’ activities and family-friendly entertainment, or products such as bottled water or food samples as long as they are appropriate for Demarest Day.

- $25 Individual or $50 Family Sponsor – name recognition on Volunteer T-shirts

- $100 Community Sponsor – name recognition on Volunteer T-shirt and signage, optional vendor table at the event (no selling)

- $150 Small Business Sponsor – restaurant, food or small business vendor (may

charge at the event). Note: food vendors serving cooked food at the event must contact the Department of Health at least 3 weeks before the event to complete additional forms and pay a $35 temporary license fee.

- $300 Tote Bag Sponsor – logo on 500 Demarest Day 2019 tote bags to be

distributed at the event

- $500 Kids’ Activity Sponsor – choice of sponsored face painting, magician, balloon artist, small bounce house, or character meet & greet, logo on kids’ activity sign, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2019 tote bags, and optional vendor table

- $1,000 Family Fun Sponsor – choice of sponsored large inflatable, ticketed games,

DJ, photo booth, or similar family-friendly activity or entertainment, logo on signage for the activity or entertainment, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2019 tote bags, and optional vendor table

- $1,500+ Demarest Day Title Sponsor – choice of sponsored activity or ride, logo

on marketing materials and signs, prime vendor table, logo on volunteer shirts and Demarest Day 2019 tote bags, and optional vendor table
