PIM VorgehenEinen generischen Projektplan für ein PIM-Projekt gibt

customer‘s master data management, we founded an advisory board that will support us

from now on.

PIM OrganisationA PIM system provides all product information of a

Therefore product information is not only used in

isolation in one department (marketing or IT), but moves

through the entire company. We can explain thecomplexity in information supply chainmanagement.

PIM Project schemeThere is no generic project plan for a PIM project. Every

company has different factors (company factors) that

influence a PIM project. Also, the project type is

essential for creating an individual project plan, as the

procedure is typically different in a new project than, for

example, in replacing an old PIM system.

MethodAssuming that the result of a complex project can be
