PANTOMIMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE RGIVA Producci n 2011 Una iniciativa inter culturalÓ - ó - -

Nuestro objetivo es: Buscar la "INTEGRACIÓN" de la

población MULTI-CULTURAL Órgiveña, transformándola en una

población "INTER-CULTURAL".

Para ello usaremos el teatro comunal, con la finalidad de edificar

y reforzar los puentes entre las diversas culturas, y los distintos

idiomas que enriquecen nuestro pueblo.

En la obra se utilizará el idioma español, fundamentalmente, pero

también en algunos momentos otros idiomas con el fin de

hacerles comprensible el argumento de la obra.

La estructura de la obra, se basa en un cuento conocido por casi

todas las culturas tanto de Europa como de otros continentes;

"LA BELLA DURMIENTE".

Para la representación de la misma hemos elegido la fórmula de:

- PANTOMIMA BRITÁNICA -, por considerar que es la que más

se acerca al público, ya que se inter-actua con él.

Durante la representación se utilizarán los recursos de: La danza,

la música compuesta especialmente para el evento, y como no, el

humor (sarcasmo e ironía) como base fundamental, para lo que

entre otras cosas, se utilizarán las equivocaciones y

malentendidos que se producen diariamente. al pronunciar

determinadas palabras en nuestro idioma.

Pretendemos que esta obra sea divertida para toda la familia, y

para los niños particularmente con su participación tanto;

indirecta ( solamente como espectadores ) como directa, (actores,

bailarines, cantantes, etc...), aunque también se harán bromas e

ironías en forma de critica social, para los mayores. Proponemos

así mismo, que durante algunos momentos del espectáculo,

cambios de escenario etc.. el público, de todas las edades y

culturas sea partícipe e ínter-actúe, con los personajes de la obra

que se moverán libremente entre los espectadores; "D. Quijote,

Sancho panza, Rocinante, la Dama (Madre tierra ), el fool (loco)

etc..

De esta manera se producirá una inter-conexión entre el púbico y

el escenario, que es fundamental dentro de nuestro objetivo de

INTEGRACIÓN mediante la participación en proyectos comunes,

como es, esta "PANTOMIMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ÓRGIVA".

El objetivo de la INTER-CULTURALIDAD, se consiguió desde el

mismo nacimiento y en el posterior desarrollo de la idea:

"PANTOMIMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ÓRGIVA", al participar en

su creación distintas personas de distintos países, y como es

lógico, con distintos idiomas y culturas .

A lo largo de la representación, el público asistente estará

informado en distintos idiomas de lo que sucede en el escenario

mediante un narrador, y también utilizando carteles explicativos

en distintas lenguas. Dichos carteles serán llevados por niños

ataviados con la vestimenta tradicional y representativa de su

país de origen, consiguiendo de esta forma reforzar su identidad

cultural y asimismo, crear un mayor colorido en el escenario.

Consideramos a si mismo que la fecha más idónea, para llevar a

cabo este proyecto, debería de ser en la época de los carnavales

por razones obvias de identidad entre ambos. "Los carnavales y la

Pantomíma".

Toda la creación literaria de los guiones y de la adaptación al

cuento, se debe a un esfuerzo común del equipo de escritores

multilíngües, que siendo fieles a la estructura original del cuento,

hemos añadido ciertas variaciones con el fin de conseguir la

INTER-ACTIVIDAD con el público.

Todos los equipos técnicos: sonido, iluminación, coreografía,

vestuario, maquillaje, atrezzo, decoración, etc..estarán

supervisados por distintas personas, tanto amateurs como

profesionales, que con experiencia demostrada en otros eventos

parecidos, se han ofrecido a participar en este proyecto

solidario, y presentarán sus propios escritos detallados, que se

unirán al dossier principal.

Dentro del equipo de actores y bailarines, existe como en los

demás equipos, una gran variedad de personas representativas de

las distintas culturas y etnias de nuestro entorno, y también de

las distintas edades y sexos participando: niños, adolescentes,

adultos y jubilados. De esta forma cumplimos con nuestra filosofía

de "PUERTAS ABIERTAS” dando la posibilidad de colaborar en

el proyecto al mayor numero de personas posible, sin

discriminación, que estén interesados en el mismo.

No debemos olvidar que aunque con continuos "guiños escénicos"

a los mayores, la PANTOMÍMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ÓRGIVA

2011 está dedicada a los mas pequeños y a la juventud, haciendo

que su participación sea imprescindible en el cuento de "La bella

durmiente", tanto en el escenario como fuera del mismo.

Los ensayos serán a mediados de noviembre en el instituto, en

primer lugar con un grupo de alumnos entre los 13 y los 18 años

que son estudiantes de inglés en una iniciativa multilingüe.

También esperamos poder incorporar niños más pequeños de las

escuelas de primaria de Órgiva y de Tablones, para una o dos de

las escenas del cuento. Así mismo contaremos con una orquesta

juvenil que tocarán en directo la melodía original, compuesta

especialmente para la ocasión por un compositor de la localidad.

Además de los ensayos, habrá talleres semanales para diseñar

y fabricar: escenarios, vestuario y accesorios variados.

Financiaci n y promoci nó ó

En este capitulo de la auto-financiación y promoción, queremos

explicar a los vecinos:

h Primero qué es este proyecto; INTEGRADOR Y MULTI-

CULTURAL h

h Segundo, quién colabora en él h

h Tercero, cual es la finalidad del mismo h

h Tambi n que buscamos su solidaridad y colaboraci n é ó h

Para ello vamos a poner una pequeña mesa informativa y de

mercadería los jueves en el mercadillo, con el objetivo de

informar y recaudar los fondos imprescindibles para poder llevar

a cabo el proyecto. Hablaremos con el público entregándoles

folletos informativos y escuchando sus opiniones, y también

venderemos algunos recuerdos del evento como: Tickets para

una rifa, camisetas, separadores de hojas para libros, etc...

Los gastos mínimos que tenemos que conseguir serán los

originados por la compra de materiales imprescindibles tales

como: lienzos y maderas para poder hacer los distintos

escenarios ( hojas de libro, que son parte fundamental de las

escenas), fabricación de los símbolos de poder y corrupción que

destrozará don Quijote, y otros gastos generados por la

instalación de decorados), telas para vestuario, pagos de la

imprenta, ( folletos, fotocopias, separadores, impresión gráfica de

camisetas etc.)

Dentro de la promoción, tenemos la idea una vez comenzados los

ensayos, de grabar un vídeo para ir viendo los progresos.

También se harán cortos de la producción con el fin de editarlos

posteriormente para hacer un documental con la finalidad de

recaudar fondos para nuevos proyectos colaborativos.

También una persona del equipo de producción estará en

contacto con los medios locales: prensa, radio y televisiones para

informarles e invitarles a acudir a este evento único y original .

Como colofón final queremos resaltar lo fácil que nos ha resultado

poner este proyecto en marcha, gracias a la ayuda recibida por la

mayoría de los vecinos del municipio, que al conocer nuestro

objetivo apoyaron la idea desde el principio.

Todo el mundo después de conocerla, a demostrado un gran

interés por considerar que es muy positiva para mejorar la

comunicación entre nosotros, y como consecuencia, también

podremos ayudar a mejorar la convivencia con todos nuestros

vecinos. Esto ya está siendo una realidad en los distintos equipos

de trabajo INTER-CULTURALES, que superando las barreras del

idioma, se han puesto a trabajar para conseguir el objetivo común

de la INTEGRACIÓN, y de esta forma ayudar a acabar con la

MARGINACIÓN IDIOMÁTICA Y CULTURAL que actualmente nos

separa.

Ya son muchas las voces que nos piden que esto sea un punto de

partida e inspiración para el nacimiento de nuevos proyectos

solidarios de carácter INTER-CULTURAL que reflejen el espíritu

INTEGRADOR de nuestra comunidad.

Pantomima pentru comunitatea din ORGIVA

Scopul nostru principal este de a dobandi INTEGRAREA

populatiei MULTICULTURALE din Orgiva , transformand-o intr-o

comunitate INTERCULTURALA.

Pentru aceasta utilizam actul teatral , cu finalitatea de a a

consolida legatura dintre diverse culturi si limbi care exista in

localitatea noastra si care sunt considerate ca fiind un tezaur si o

bogatie culturala inedita.

In aceasta lucrare se va utiliza limba spaniola primordial , dar si

alte limbi , care se vor identifica in diferite momente scenice ale

actului teatral , cu scopul de a INTEGRA si de a folosi bogatia si

diversitate lingvistica din zona.

Structura acestei lucrari se bazeaza pe interpretarea umoristica a

unei povesti foarte cunoscuta de catre toate culturile din Europa ,

dar si de alte continente :FRUMOASA ADORMITA.

Prezentarea actului teatral a fost selectionata dupa formula de

pantomima britanica , fiind considerata a fi cea mai apropiata

publicului participant.

In timpul reprezentarii se vor utiliza urmatoarele resurse

artistice:muzica ( compusa special pentru acest eveniment ) si nu

in ultimul rand umorul , sarcasmul si ironia ca si baza

fundamentala.

Intentionam ca aceasta lucrare sa fie distractiva pentru toata

familia , in special pentru copii , cu participarea lor , indirecta ca

si spectatori ,dar si directa ca si actori , cantareti , dansatori etc.

Propunem deci , ca pe durata catorva momente din spectacol sa

se intercaleze publicul de toate varstele cu scenariul , sa

interactioneze cu personajele actului teatral , care se vor

intercala printre spectatori ; facand participarea acestora

instantanee si distractiva in acelasi timp .

In acest mod se va produce interconexiunea mult asteptata dintre

public si scenariu , aceasta fiind indispensabila in interiorul

obiectivului de INTEGRARE , prin PARTICIPARE, exluzand

DISCRIMINAREA si MARGINALIZAREA.

Obiectivul INTERCULTURAL a luat nastere in urma unei idei bine

dezvoltate, a unei echipe formate din DIFERITE

NATIONALITATI , limbi si culturi fara a face exceptie de vreo

origine si fara a specifica vreo nationalitate , aceasta pentru a

demonstra ca IMPREUNA SE POATE :indiferent de

NATIONALITATE , CULTURA , LIMBI si FRONTIERE.

Data cea mai impregnanta pentru acest fabulos proiect este

perioada carnavalului pentru ca se contopeste foarte bine cu

PANTOMIMA, luna februarie.

In toata aceasta creatie teatrala au participat :creatori literari ,

scriptologi , scenografi, regizori , muzicieni , coregrafi , echipe

tehnice , vestimentatie , accesorii si decoratii care sunt

supravegheate de profesionisti dar cu participarea intesa a

amatorilor , sub semnul voluntariatului si al solidaritatii.

La acest act de pantomima pot participa majoritatea locuitorilor

din provincie ca mesaj impregnant pentru o buna comunicare ,

convietuire si adaptare in activitatile culturale si sociale ale

localitatii.

Practicarea si invatarea diferitelor roluri vor incepe la mijlocul

lunii noiembrie si se vor realiza pe sectiuni specifice scenetelor

personalizate.

Va rugam sa permiteti participarea copiilor romani, pentru ca este

foate importanta ca si comunitate numerica , culturala ,integranta

in viata sociala a locallitatii in care traim.

Deasemeni speram sa putem incorpora copii din Scoala Primara

din ORGIVA si TABLONES , pentru una sau chiar doua scene din

poveste.

Participa , deasemeni si o orgestra de copii care vor canta in

direct melodia originala , compusa special pentru acesc act

teatral.

Foarte important este faptul ca vor exista ateliere saptamanale de

confectionare a scenariului , vestimentatiei si accesoriilor

originale , acceptand participarea tuturor in aceasta creatie .

Pentru a promotiona si duce la sfarsit acest proiect se va pune la

dispozitie mese informative , in zilele de Joi , cu obiectivul de a

informa si de a strange fonduri din donatii voluntare , pentru

acest fabulos proiect de INTEGRARE.

Incluzand idea de promotie , avem de gand sa realizam si un video

pentru a va tine la curent cu evolutia noastra si cu scopul de a

realiza alte proiecte viitoare , foarte importante pentru integritate.

Deasemeni vom fi in contact permanent cu mediile de

comunicatii:presa, televiziune , radio pentru a va informa despre

acest eveniment unic si original.

Orgiva Community Pantomime

Our objective is to use community theatre to build and

strengthen bridges between the diverse groups living in this town.

The play will be performed mostly in Spanish but with different

languages and ongoing translation woven through the story. Based

on Sleeping Beauty, a fairy-tale familiar to many cultures, and

loosely inspired by the English traditional Pantomime, the play will

use songs, dance and humor to explore some of the common

misunderstandings we all experience by living in this multi-lingual

part of Spain. The play will be fun for all the family, especially for

children; and with plenty to keep the grown-ups amused too. This

will include a lot of audience participation in well-known popular

songs, actions, chants and word-games.

Different community members – Spanish – German – British –

Romanian - Moroccan have agreed to participate in the creation

and production of this community play, to be performed around

the traditional carnival week-end taking place in Orgiva in

February every year.

An outline script has been written by a small group of writers,

again representing the different language groups. Members of the

community playing different roles, will improvise and collaborate

in the final version of the script. Lots of children and teenagers

are taking part, especially with the singing and dancing, and we

are also inviting interested elders to participate. The idea is to

have a totally OPEN DOOR policy, so we will find a way to involve

anyone interested in joining the project.

Rehearsals will start in early November at the Institute involving a

group of 13-18 year olds who are studying English in a new bi-

lingual initiative. We are hoping to also involve groups of younger

children from both Orgiva and Tablones Schools in one or two of

the scenes; and we plan to involve a Youth Orchestra, who will

perform an original score for the play, composed by a local

musician.

In addition to the ongoing rehearsals, there will be weekly

workshops held involving local artists and community members,

to create and produce sets, costumes and props.

Promotion and financing

We are almost ready to start running a weekly stall at the Orgiva

market every Thursday, so we can promote the project and raise

funds for it. We will sell raffle tickets, talk to people, hand out

information to those interested and have regular updates about

the progress of the extravaganza.

We have no financing so need to keep our costs to the minimum.

Luckily we have generously been offered the loan of a fantastic

carnival costumes wardrobe and lots of help to make what´s

missing. A local installation artist will make the sets in the shape

of a book – each scene a different page, opened by children – and

a local carpenter will make the wooden frames for the structure

of the book, for free. All we really need money for is the canvas

to cover the different pages in the life-size book and paint to

transform it with. A small amount for publicity would be good too.

We hope to raise this through sale of raffle tickets and donations.

Once rehearsals are underway we intend to follow the progress

of the production, by filming short pieces, which will later be

made into a documentary for promotion and raising funds for

future collaboration and initiatives. A journalist from Ideal,

amongst others, is already interested in writing a piece about the

project and we are planning on appearing on local radio soon.

We have found it surprisingly easy to put this project together -

everyone has been so enthusiastic – people with different skills

have come forward from all parts of the community to give their

support; and people are keen to see this as a starting point for

other projects to continue the development of the inter-cultural

and inter-lingual spirit of the town.

Eine interkulturelle Initiative

Unser Ziel ist die INTEGRATION der MULTIKULTURELLEN

Bevölkerung von Orgiva, um diese in eine INTERKULTURELLE

Bevölkerung zu transformieren.

Dazu nutzen wir ein kommunales Theater, um Brücken zwischen

den verschiedenen Kulturen zu bauen und zu verstärken.

Das Stück wird grundsätzlich auf Spanisch aufgeführt, wobei in

einigen Momenten auch andere Sprachen mit einfließen ,um den

Sinn der Handlung des Stücks besser verständlich zu machen.

Die Struktur des Stücks basiert auf einem in fast allen Kulturen

sowohl in Europa als auf anderen Kontinenten bekannten

Märchens: DORNRÖSCHEN.

Für die Repräsentation haben wir die britische Pantomime

gewählt, um zu berücksichtigen, daß damit die Publikumsnähe

gewährleistet ist- welches ja interagieren soll.

Während der Aufführung werden wir die Mittel des Tanzes und

speziell für das Stück komponierte Musik benutzen, und

selbstverständlich Humor (sarkastisch und ironisch) als

grundsätzliche Basis, so werden wir auch Mißverständnisse und

Irrümer , die in unserem täglichen Leben immer wieder

vorkommen, einbringen, die aus dem Gebrauch von bestimmten

Worten in unseren unterschiedlichen Sprachen resultieren.

Wir erstreben ein lustiges Stück für die ganze Familie und speziell

für die Kinder, die indirekt ( als Zuschauer) oder direkt ( als

Schauspieler, Tänzer, Sänger, ect.) teilnehmen , wobei es auch

sozialkritische Witze und Ironie für die Älteren geben wird.

Wir wollen , daß das Publikum aller Altersklassen und Kulturen

während einiger Momente der Aufführung mit den Figuren des

Stücks interagiert, die sich währenddessen durchs Publikum

bewegen ( Don Quijote, Sancho Panza, Rocinante, die Dame

( Mutter Natur), der Narr, ect.

Auf diese Art entsteht eine Verbindung zwischen Publikum und

Bühne, was für unser Projekt der PANTOMIMA DE LA

COMUNIDAD DE ORGIVA fundamental ist, da wir auf diese Weise

die Teilnahme an gemeinschaftlichen und gemeinsamen Projekten

ermöglichen.

Das Ziel des interkulturellen Austauschs erreichen und erreichten

wir wir von Beginn der Entwicklung der Idee der PANTOMIMA

DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ORGIVA, da sich von Anfang an

verschieden Menschen aus vielen Ländern, selbstverständlich mit

verschiedenen Sprachen und Kulturen eingebracht haben.

Während der Aufführung wird das assistierende Publikum in

verschiedenen Sprachen durch einen Erzähler über den Ablauf auf

der Bühne informiert, so werden wir z.B. mit Plakaten in

verschiedenen Sprachen arbeiten, die von Kindern in der

traditionellen Kleidung ihres Landes getragen und vorgeführt

werden, um so ihre kulturelle Identität zu stärken und dem

Bühnengeschehen mehr Vielfalt und Farbe zu geben.

Wir erwägen, das Projekt zur Karnevalszeit zur Aufführung zu

bringen, da sich diese Zeit selbstredend hervorragend eignet, um

Karneval und Pantomime zu verbinden.

Die literarische Umsetzung des Drehbuches und seine Anpassung

an das Märchen verdanken wir der gemeinsamen Anstrengung

eines mehrsprachigen Teams von Autoren, die der

Originalstruktur des Märchens treugeblieben sind, aber einige

Variationen hinzufügten, um das Ziel der INTERAKTIVITÄT zu

ermöglichen.

Alle technischen Teams : Sound, Licht, Choreographie, Maske,

Kostüme, Atrezzo, Bühnenbild ect. werden von verschiedenen

Personen geleitet und überwacht. Sowohl Amateure als auch

Professionelle, die ihre Erfahrung schon in ähnlichen Projekten

unter Beweis gestellt haben und sich anboten, an unserem

einzigartigen Projekt teilzunehmen werden eigene detaillierte

Schreiben vorstellen, die ins anfänliche Dossier aufgenommen

werden.

Im Team der Tänzer und Darsteller gibt es, wie in allen anderen

Teams, auch eine große Vielfalt an Personen verschiedener

Kulturen, Altersklassen und Geschlechter. Kinder, Jugendliche,

Erwachsene, Senioren... Auf diese Art bleiben wir unserer

Philosophie der "OFFENEN TÜR" treu und geben einer großen

Menge an interessierten Personen die Möglichkeit, an dem

Projekt teilzunehmen- ohne Diskriminisierung.

Wir sollten nicht vergessen, daß die PANTOMIMA DE LA

COMUNIDAD DE ORGIVA, die auch kontinuierlich Doppelsinniges

für die Erwachsenen enthält, den Kleinen und der Jugend

gewidmet ist, daß gerade ihre Teilnahme in unserem Märchen

DORNRÖSCHEN sowohl auf als auch hinter der Bühne unerläßlich

ist.

Die Proben werden ab Mitte November im Insituto in Orgiva

stattfinden, in erster Linie als mehrsprachige Initiative mit

einer Gruppe von Englischschülern zwischen 13 und 18 Jahren.

Ebenfalls hoffen wir kleinere Kinder der Grundschule von Orgiva

und Tablones für einige Szenen mit einbeziehen zu können und

rechnen mit der.

Teilnahme des Jugendorchesters von Orgiva, welches die speziell

für diesen Anlass von einem ortsansässigen Komponisten

arrangierte Musik live darbieten wird.

Neben den Proben wird es auch wöchentliche Workshops geben,

um Kostüme, Bühnenbild und weitere Assesoirs zu designen und

zu fertigen.

FINANZIERUNG UND PROMOTION

In diesem Kapitel der Selstfinanzierung und Promotion wollen wir

unsern Nachbarn und Mitmenschen erklären:

Dafür werden wir einen kleinen Informationsstand auf dem

wöchentlichen Markt in Orgiva einrichten, um Sie zu informieren

und Spenden zu sammeln. Wir werden mit der Öffentlichkeit

sprechen, Flyer verteilen, nach Ihrer Meinung fragen und auch

Andenken an dieses Event verkaufen, wie z.B. Tickets für eine

Verlosung, T-Shirts, Lesezeichen, etc.

Die Mindestkosten, die aufgebracht werden müssen, um die

nötigen Materialien zu kaufen:

Leinwände, Holz zum konstruieren der verschiedenen

Bühnenbilder und Szenen ( wie die Seiten eines Buches, welches

grundsätzliches Bestandteil des Bühnenbildes ist), Fertigung der

Symbole der Macht und Korruption, welche Don Quijote zerstört

und andere generelle Kosten, die durch Installation von

Bühnenbild und Dekoration verursacht werden, sowie Stoffe für

Kostüme, Druckereikosten ( Flyer, Fotokopien, Druckkosten für

T-Shirts) etc.

Im Bereich der Werbung haben wir die Idee,von Beginn der

Proben an diese auf Video aufzunehmen, um die Fortschritte zu

sehen und dann eine Dokumentation über den Produktionsprozeß

anzufertigen, um mit ihrem Verkauf einen Teil der Kosten zu

decken oder einen Fundus an Spenden für zukünftige kooperative

Projekte zu sammeln.

Eine Person des Produktionsteams wird im Kontakt mit den

regionalen Medien wie Presse, Radio und TV stehen, um diese zu

informieren und zur Präsentation dieses einzigartigen und

originellen Events einzuladen.

Zum Abschluß möchten wir hervorheben, wie einfach es war,

dieses Projekt in Rollen zu bringen- dank all der empfangenen

Kommunikation zwischen uns, daraus folgt, daß wir helfen

können, das Zusammenleben unter allen unseren Nachbarn zu

verbessern. Dies wird jetzt schon Wirklichkeit, wenn in den

interkulturellen Teams die Sprachbarriere überwunden werden

muß, um das gemeinsame Ziel der Integration zu erreichen und

auf diese Art zu helfen, die sprachliche und kulturelle

Ausgrenzung abzubauen, die uns oft trennt.

Es gibt viele Stimmen, die uns bitten, daß dieses Projekt ein

Punkt des Aufbruchs und Inspiration für den Ansatz neuer

solidarischer Projekte mit INTERKULTURELLEM Charakter

werde, das den Geist der Integration unserer Gemeischaft

reflektiert.
