DCAS Test Administrator Training and Updates Course Registration 

The above course is now available for registration and completion for all DCAS Test Administrators who 

will be administering the DCAS assessments online or for paper/pencil administration. Log into IMS 

(Integrated Management System):  

1. Select PDMS from your IMS home Menu: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Enter the course number, enter 1676: 

 

3. Select the section associated with this course to register:  

 

4. Click on the View Section button:  

 

   

 

 

5. Click on the INFO button next to the section:  

 

 

6. Finally select the Registration button and register for course. It will take a few minutes:  

 

7. Finally wait 24 hrs after registering to access course, select this course from MY COURSES area of 

PDMS: 

 

   

Accessing Course Module:  

1. Once in Blackboard, you need to access the Content Section:  

 

2. Once you have access blackboard select the CONTENT Button, the training module will be 

displayed:  

 

3. Click on the link for the training module: 

 

 

4. Follow instructions and open the Training PDF file (1st file listed):  

 

 

NOTE: MAC users will have to download this module to their desktop and use adobe directly 

to view this module.  

5. When completing Module 3. Please make sure to print out and sign the security form after 

completing training.  Please make sure to complete the Module 3 Assurance sheet confirming 

completion of training to receive clock hrs.  

 

  

6. Please make sure to complete the all quizzes at the end of each module to receive clock hrs.
