Introduction: Scientists have developed a tiny chip that can generate power by
using the body’s own movement, a technology which they say could soon enable you to recharge your mobile phone by just Holding closer to your heart. Hailed as milestone, it can use tiny movements such as the pinch of a finger to generate power, the Telegraph reported.

Charge your mobile phone with your heartbeat: Scientists have figured out that “nano generators” powered by your
heartbeat could replace conventional batteries in about five years. A team of researchers at the Georgia institute of technology led by Dr. Zhong Lin Wang have developed tiny nano generators that use small movements to generate enough power.

Know Heartbeat can charge your Cell phone: Scientists have developed a tiny chip that can generate power by
using the body’s sown movement, a technology which they say could soon enable you to recharge your mobile phone by just holding closer to your heart. Researchers at Georgia Institute of Technology in the US who were behind the invention hoped that as the nano technology used in the chip evolves, it could lead to electronics which don’t require batteries or mains power.

Power Of Heartbeat:

Working:

Heart Pulse Rate: The research are also hoping to use their technology to scavenge
energy from the vibrations of bridges and roads. Paul Lee, the direction of technology, media and telecommunications at business consultants Deloitte Research, said: “there are two strands of development in the mobile phone industry which are to either cram as many power hunger applications into a phone as possible or to make a phone as efficient as possible.

Advantages:
Easy to charge. Power saving. No need of external batteries. Less cost. More efficient. Time consumption.

Disadvantages:
The problem with humans is that they really don’t move around that much at the kind of frequency needed to generate a sufficient amount of electricity. Because of this mobiles are charged to start 3.2V or 5V. This nano chip produce that much of electricity. That’s why it is sufficient for only mobiles and iPods.

Applications: In iPods and mobile phones Also in wrist watches In pace makers For walky talky phones

Conclusion: The plan is to use the human heart to power the device such as
iPods, mobile phones by eliminating batteries. This technology will soon be used to recharge mobiles. This technique by placing it close to the heart and the mobile will be charge.
These are very useful for real life human beings. It will be applicable for any mobile device. Any body movement, even the pinch of a finger, could be used to generate power. This technology will soon be used to charge mobile using heart beat.
