The digital model allowed me to change the material selections easily which resulted in me choosing a polished wooden floor as opposed to a matt finish. I felt the reflective quality added to the light, spacious feel within the room. This ability to experiment easily with material choices is a distinct advantage of digital modelling compared to physical modelling.
