EXAMPLEMy trip to Quebec was very memorablebecause the city seemed very European.One small street was particularly quaintand interesting. When I approached thestreet, I saw a set of narrow, stone stairswinding down to small boutiques below. Onthe right of the stairs, there were small glasstables at a café with red plastic chairs for thecustomers. This seemed very Europeansince the tables and chairs were very closetogether as they are in European restaurants.…….Overall, I will remember the feeling that I had while visiting Quebec for a long timesince I felt as though I experienced a littlepiece of Europe while visiting the city.

Draw 5 objects/things from your picture dictionary in the box of your paper
Write a descriptive paragraph that describes the scene/picture that you drew
Make sure to use a topic sentence, spatial transitions, descriptive adjectives, and a concluding sentence
WRITING ACTIVITY
You will have 50 minutes to complete this task.
1) Brainstorm with your partner2) Draw your picture (5 items)3) Write a descriptive paragraph (1 copy for each partner).
DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH 2
Write a descriptive paragraph that describes the picture that you chose.
Make sure to use a topic sentence, spatial transitions, descriptive adjectives, and a concluding sentence.
Type your paragraph and bring it with you to class next time.
