I’m Mallory! Bar-headed geese are special
because we’re the highest fliers around — we can even fly over Mount Everest! My high-flying wings remind kids of the way God helps us overcome hurt
hearts and broken bodies. God has the power to heal.

At Everest VBS, we encourage kids and adults to look for God Sightings — everyday clues that God is present, passionate, and powerful. A God Sighting is simply an ac-knowledgment that God has done something. It’s giving God credit where credit is due. It’s developing a God-focused view and a grate-ful heart.
Music Goes Beyond VBS Your kids will be singing VBS songs long after
VBS is over...why not get the CD or DVD?
Sing & Play Music CD — $8.00 Includes all the Everest songs. Perfect for
listening in the car with your kiddos.
Sing & Play Music DVD — $16.00 Follow along with the music and motions with this great DVD.
FOR SALE AT THE WELCOME
CENTER IN THE NARTHEX.
In KidVid Cinema, kids saw a story about a boy named Cole, who lives on a ranch. Cole works hard with his dad and brothers, but that all changed when Cole’s dad got really, really, sick. It took a log time (with lots of prayer and trusting God) before Cole’s dad was back to his normal, healthy self. God healed Cole’s sad heart during that time...and healed his dad’s body! Talk with your child about how hard it is to wait for God’s healing. Sometimes God heals people here on earth, but in heaven, everybody is healed and whole!
INVITE A
FRIEND
TO VBS!
At Imagination Station they do some unique “experiments.” Each day they take their item home in a Ziploc bag with these labels.
Day 3 Try this at Home:
Incredi-Ball
1. Show your Incredi-Ball to a
friend or family member. Say that you made the ball by putting power in a special mold. When the mold was put in water, something cool happened! All the pieces of powder bonded together to become one fun ball.
2. God can bond pieces, too — like pieces of a broke heart or body.
3. Read Psalm 147:3 to remember God’s power to heal: He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.
