Assiduity:
It means persevering application, the attention and care legally expected or required of a
person. It also means of persistent personal attention. The students are expected to be
assiduous in facilitating their program to meet the needs of the community.
Service:
To offer and provide knowledge, skills and positive attitude towards the program. This is
essential to the student nurses in regards in everyday tasks because we can apply
excellent services to the community.
INTRODUCTION
During the implementation phase, the programs created by the organization should stand
or remain feasible even after the phase out or even after the health care worker leave the
community. To achieve this goal, the students and the core group should work hand in hand. The
programs should not be a one-day affair. This phase supports the “fishing rod effect” in which
tells teach the man to fish and he will never be hungry, give the man fish and he will ask for
more.

upright individuals.
Cavite State University shall provide excellent, equitable and
relevant educational opportunities in the arts, sciences and technology through quality instruction and
responsive research and development activities. It shall
produce professional, skilled and morally upright individuals for

OBJECTIVE
As a student nurses should be able to facilitate the designated tasks of each program and
committee. Also to give knowledge about health, livelihood and recreation in overall program.
The following are the objectives of the level IV BS Nursing students in pursuing these programs:
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:
The residents will be able to:
To take active part in the management and implementation of a program or organization.
To respond to the needs of the community (health, livelihood, recreation) through
utilization of natural and available resources.
To acquire and develop the skills and potentials in community organizing.
To contribute to the enhancement of the process in developing and training community
leaders.
The student nurses will be able to:
Follow the time frame strictly
Prepare the venue through cleaning and decorating
Collaborate with each core group leaders and community
Invite the community to participate in the programs
Provide an accurate and reliable information
CHILD CARE PROGRAM
For the organizer:
To educate the community people regarding the proper nutrition and good hygiene.
To assess the child thoroughly and gather accurate data
To provide moral lesson from video presentation
To promote prevention of illness through proper hand washing and appropriate
preparation of foods
To serve as an instrument for change in the promotion of health. To provide spiritual aspect
For the participants:
To gain knowledge about proper nutrition and able to apply it in everyday lifestyle.
To be promote awareness in current situation
To maintain good hygiene and sufficient nutrition
To draw near to God and to grow spiritually
YOUTH PROGRAM
For the Students
To develop leadership in managing activities (ex. basketball league)
To utilize leadership skills in the process of implementation of the league
To establish unity amongst members from the beginning to the end of the
program
To further develop one-self through values that will be learned in the program
For the Community
To improve physical health of the adolescents
To develop team work within the players/team-mates
To divert the participants/players in doing non-productive activities
To provide a fun and safe program for the betterment of adolescents
ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM
to promote unity among citizens in environmental awareness-increasing activities
and campaigns.
to enlighten people about the importance of proper segregation and recycling of
waste materials.
to preserve the environment of San Juan I.
FAMILY PLANNING
Objectives for the Organizers:
To be able to:
Assess the willingness of the participants with regards to family planning.
Promote awareness on how to control the increasing population growth.
Discuss and share information about the importance of family planning.
Demonstrate the proper way of using different methods in family planning.
Evaluate the knowledge of the participants based on the seminar conducted.
Objectives for the Participants:
To be able to:
Enhance knowledge of the people about family planning.
Help couples, individuals to achieve their desired family size.
Improve couples reproductive health.
To choose the right family planning method that will suit their family.
HEALTH PROGRAMS
To raise awareness of the community towards health conditions
To educate the people with regards to different common diseases such as
Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma and Tuberculosis
To prevent cases of morbidity caused by the common diseases
To improve the medical and dental status of the residents
LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM
For the students:
To implement the plans made by the committee

SPIRITUALITY PROGRAM
To strengthen the relationship with the Almighty.
To have elected officers in existing organizations linked to church to commence
religious activities in Barangay San Juan I, Ternate, Cavite.
To unite the community people through conducting a mass to serve as inspiration to
everyone.
ZUMBA PROGRAM
Objectives for the Organizers:
To develop the skills needed in leading the team towards the desired goal and in
managing a well-coordinated and appropriately delegated group.
To implement the plans furnished and done by the members of each committee assigned
To become aware and develop the use of community people and student support
resources.
To serve as an instrument for change in the promotion of health.
Objectives for the Participants:
To participate in dance fitness for fun and exercise.
To develop muscle tone, strength, and coordination.
To improve mood and cardiovascular health.
To promote weight reduction.
