Ruwach (Ruach) is the Ibry (Hebrew) name for His "Presence",

pictured as the Counselor, Helper, and Advocate, the One Who

"proceeds from the Father"

House of Ya'aqob (impostor/supplanter), you who are CALLED by the name of YSCHaREL and have come forth out of the waters

[peoples of the nation’s] of YaHuWDYM; who swear by the name of YaHuWaH, and cause the Aluahiym of YSCHaREL to be

remembered, but not reliably or correctly,

(for they call themselves of the kodesh city [Zionist],

Rev 2:9

I have-perceived your works, and the affliction, and the poverty (but

you are rich), and the blasphemy of those who say they are

YaHuWDYM, and they are not, but are a congregation of haSatan

[beit-ha'keneset of ha'shatan.].

Rev 3:9

So Look!, I will give up those of the Keneset of haSatan, who say

they are YaHuWDYM, and are not, but lie. Look!, I will make them

come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have

affectionately loved you

It shall happen in That Day that YaHuWaH shall thresh from the

flowing stream of the Perath to the brook of Mitsrayim; and you

shall be gathered one by one

Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed

against YaHuWaH your Aluahiym, and have scattered your ways

to the strangers under every green tree, and you have not obeyed

My Voice,’ says YaHuWaH.” “Return, backsliding children,” says

YaHuWaH; “for I am married to you. I shall take you one from a

city, and two from a clan, and I shall bring you to Tsiyown.

I am married to you: Aramaic, I have taken pleasure in you. One

from a city, two from a family: this is indeed how we are seeing the

first-fruits of the return of the Northern Kingdom taking place.

Though many more are descendants of the Northern Kingdom by

blood, YaHuWaH said He would return only a remnant.

It shall happen in That Day that a Great Shofar shall be blown;

and those who were perishing in the land of Ashshuwr, and those

who were outcasts in the land of Mitsrayim, shall come; and they

shall worship YaHuWaH in the Qodesh Mountain at Yahrushalom.

Therefore, behold, the days come, says YaHuWaH, that they shall

no more say, As YaHuWaH lives, Who brought up the children of

YSCHaREL out of the land of Mitsrayim but, As YaHuWaH lives,

Who brought up and Who led the seed of the House of YSCHaREL

out of the north country, and from all the countries where they have

been scattered. They shall dwell in their own land.

Matt. 24:31

He shall send out His Messengers with the sound of the Great

Shofar [Day of Atonement], and they shall gather together His

chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the

other.

He shall set up a Banner [Anointed] for the nations, and shall

gather the outcasts of YSCHaREL, and gather together the

dispersed of YaHuWDYM from the four corners of the earth.

from there will YaHuWaH your Al gather you, and from there He

will bring you back:

Tehillim 50:3-5

Our Aluahiym comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours

before Him. It is very stormy around Him. He calls to the shemaya

above, to the earth, that He may judge His people: “Gather My Set-

apart ones together to Me, those who have made a covenant with me

YaHuWDY by slaughter.”

Zech 9:14-17

YaHuWaH shall be seen over them [YaHuWDYM & Ephraim]; and

His arrow shall go flash like lightning; and the Master YaHuWaH

shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.

Zech 9:15

YaHuWaH Master of Armies shall defend them; and they shall

destroy and overcome with sling stones; and they shall drink, and

roar as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, like the

corners of the altar.

Zech 9:16

YaHuWaH their Al shall save them in that Day as the flock of His

people; for they are like the jewels of a crown, lifted on high over His

Land.

For how great is His Goodness, and how great is His Beauty!"

[Yom Kippur deliverance!]

An element of Yom Kippur ceremonies. Perishing: or being

exterminated. Outcasts: those thrust out, or those banished. From

what follows, it is clear this is speaking about the Northern

Kingdom.

Behold, the Days come, says YaHuWaH, that I shall raise to

Dawiyd a righteous Branch (Tsemech (צמח) - Al Zimach)

Zech. 6:12,

And He shall reign as Sovereign and deal wisely, and shall

execute justice and righteousness in the land.

23:6

In His Days YaHuWDYM shall be delivered, and YSCHaREL shall

dwell safely; and this is His Name by which He shall be called:

23:7

Therefore, behold, the days come, says YaHuWaH, that they shall

no more say, As YaHuWaH lives, Who brought up the children of

YSCHAREL out of the land of Mitsrayim;

but, As YaHuWaH lives, Who brought up and Who led the seed of

the House of YSCHAREL out of the north country, and from all the

countries where they have been scattered. They shall dwell in their

own land.

After this, I saw four Messengers standing at the four corners of the

earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would

blow on earth, or sea, or against any tree.

Again I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold, four chariots came

out from between two mountains; and the mountains were

ground. I shall pour My Ruwach on your seed, and My blessing on

your offspring:

Blessed is the man who trusts in YaHuWaH, and Whose trust

YaHuWaH IS.

Rev 7:2

I saw another Messenger ascending from the rising of the sun,

having the seal of the living Aluahiym. He cried with a loud voice to

the four Messengers who had been given power to harm earth and

sea. (Trumpets 1-4),

Rev 7:3

saying, “Do not harm the earth, or the sea, or the trees, until we

have sealed the servants of our Aluheinu upon their foreheads!”

I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred forty-four

thousands, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of YSCHAREL:

Of the tribe of YaHuWDYM were sealed twelve thousands,

(YaHuWaH be praised)of the tribe of Re'uwben twelve thousands,

(behold a son)of the tribe of Gawd twelve thousands, (how

fortunate)

Of the tribe of Asher twelve thousands, (happy)

Of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousands, (my wrestling)

Of the tribe of Menashsheh twelve thousands, (making to forget)

Of the tribe of Binyamin were sealed twelve thousands. (son of

Rev 12:13-16;

They have sown wheat, and have reaped thorns; they have exhausted

themselves - and profit nothing: and you shall be ashamed of your

fruits, because of the fierce anger of YaHuWaH. Thus says

YaHuWaH against all the neighboring shepherds, who touch the

inheritance which I have caused My people YSCHAREL to inherit:

behold, I shall remove them up from off their land, and shall pluck

up the House of YaHuWDYM from among them. It shall happen,

after that I have pulled them up, I shall come back and have

compassion on them; and I shall bring them again, every man to

his heritage, and every man to his land. It shall happen, if they

[other nations] shall diligently learn the ways of My people, to

swear by My Name, As YaHuWaH lives; even as they taught My

people to swear by Ba'al (the lord); then shall they be built up in the

midst of My people.

Pulled them up: Aramaic, exiled them. I will come back: Aramaic, I

will return in My Memra (Living Word); i.e., through

YaHuWSHuWaH.

2 Cor. 5:19

For YaHuWaH was in haMashiyach, reconciling the world to

Himself, no longer counting people's sins against them.

And YaHuWaH is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as

though haMashiyach Himself were here pleading with you, "Be

reconciled to YaHuWaH!" For YaHuWaH made haMashiyach, Who

never knew sin, to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the

righteousness of Aluahiym?

Woe to the crown of pride of the drunkards (hirelings) of Ephrayim

(churchanity/christians),

and to the fading flower of his splendid comeliness, which is on the

head of the fertile valley of those who are overcome with wine![wine

of Babel - Rev. 18] 28:2 See, YaHuWaH has one who is mighty and

strong, like a downpour of hail or a terror of destruction, and like a

storm of mighty waters overflowing [gentile army],who casts down

to the earth with the hand. 28:3 The crown of pride of the drunkards

of Ephrayim shall be trodden under foot. 28:4 The fading flower of

his splendid comeliness, which is on the head of the fertile valley,

shall be like the first-fruit before the summer; which someone picks

and eats as soon as he sees it. 28:5 In That Day, YaHuWaH Master

of Armies shall become a crown of splendor, and a diadem of

beauty, to the remnant of His people; 28:6 and a Ruwach of justice

to him who sits in judgment, and strength to those who turn back

the battle at the gate.

[At the gate: metaphorically, this also refers to the strength He

gives us to battle temptation at our own "eye gate", "ears gate", etc.

(Gen. 4:7

YashaYahuw 28:7-8

They also reel with wine, and stagger with strong drink. The priest

and the predicator reel with strong drink. They are swallowed up by

wine. They stagger with strong drink. They err in vision. They

stumble in judgment. For all tables are completely full of vomit, no

place without filth.

This may be an allusion to the "wine mixed for Meni [fate]", and

the next verse to the "table set for Gad [fortune]". (65:11) I.e., those

who should have grown to maturity by being taught the Torah (v.

9) are being tossed about by every wind of pagan doctrine.

Intoxicating beverage is not forbidden (Ps. 104:5; Prov. 31:6), but

we need to weigh the profit of using it, for it can deceive us. When

we need to be clear-headed, not just for our own sakes, but for the

sake of the people of YSCHaREL, it may not be wise. (Prov. 20:1;

23:31; 31:4) Interestingly, wine was not drunk in the wilderness,

and YaHuWaH tied that to knowing Him. (Deut. 29:5-6) Even the

prophets are caught up in the paganism of this Bacchanalia and

such paganism.

[YirmeYahuw 25:15

For thus says YaHuWaH, the Aluahiym of YSCHaREL, to me:

take this cup of the wine of wrath at My Hand [YaHuWSHuWaH -

the one who will bring YaHuWaH’s wrath upon men. Rev. 19:11-

16], and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it.

25:16 They shall drink, and reel back and forth, and act like

madmen, because of the sword [symbol of Islam] that I shall send

among them. ]

Whom shall He teach knowledge? To whom shall He explain the

message? Those who are weaned from the milk, and taken from the

breasts? For it is command upon command, command upon

command, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, here a little.

[Aramaic: For filth is upon filth, filth upon filth; vomit upon vomit,

vomit upon vomit; a little here, a little there; or „because ‘you must

do this commandment, you must do that commandment, a little

from this verse, a little from that verse (lit. line), a little while

longer, a little while longer’," (fits the context better)

Possibly, "order for order, order for order, line for line, line for line".

The LXX has, "expect affliction upon affliction, hope upon hope". The

targum goes into more detail about the concepts of "commands" and

"hope". On the surface this may be so. But more likely, because none

of them are mature enough to explain the Torah to the people, and are

too drunk to listen, it sounds like babbling or baby-talk to them,

when in fact it is "baby food"! (Heb. 5:12) It is the most basic

knowledge one must have before he can move on to anything deeper.

Paul's writings are meat, and cannot be properly understood

without a strong foundation in the Torah. (2 Kefa 3:16). Meat

needs to be left until we can digest it, and the "milk" of Torah

makes that possible. The Qodesh Ruwach can only bring to our

remembrance (Yahuwchanan 14:26) what we have already learned.

Feeding a child too much meat too early will make him fat--which

is what made YSCHAREL turn from YaHuWaH (Deut. 32:15).

YashaYahuw 28:11

For by a jabbering lip and another language; does He speak to this

people? 28:12 to whom He said, “This is the resting place. Give rest to

weary;” and “This is the refreshing;” yet they would not hear. 28:13

So for them the Word of YaHuWaH shall become ' command upon

command, command upon command, line upon line, line upon

line, here a little there a little'; in order that they may go, fall

backward, be broken, be snared, and be taken.

So for them, the Word of YaHuWaH will become ‘you must do this

commandment, you must do that commandment, a little from this

verse (lit. line), a little from that verse, a little while longer, a little

while longer’, in order that they will go and they will fall

backwards and they will be crippled, and they will be ensnared, and

they will be captured.]

YashaYahuw 28:14

Therefore hear the Word of YaHuWaH, you scornful men, who rule

this people in Yahrushalom: 28:15 “Because you have said, ‘We have

made a covenant with death, and cut a deal with she'owl. When the

overflowing scourge [indignation/trumpets and plagues] passes

through, it won’t come to us; for we have made The Lie our refuge

[the rapture?), and we have hidden ourselves within falsehood.’”

28:16 Therefore thus says the Master YaHuWaH, “Behold, I lay in

Tsiyown for a foundation a Stone, a tried Stone, a precious

Cornerstone of a sure Foundation. He who believes shall not be

ashamed. [be shaken when distress comes]. 28:17 I shall make

justice the measuring line [standard], and righteousness the

plumb line, and hail shall sweep away the refuge of The Lie, and the

waters shall wash away your hiding place. [vs. 2 & 15 above] 28:18

Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement

with she'owl shall not stand. When the overflowing scourge passes

through, then you shall be trampled down by it. 28:19 As often as

it passes through [trumpets, plagues], it shall take you away; for

morning by morning it shall pass through, by day and by night;

and it shall be nothing but terror to understand the message.”

(Trumpets & Plagues?) 28:20 For the bed of compromise is too short

to stretch out on, and the covering of lies is too narrow to wrap

oneself in. 28:21 For YaHuWaH shall rise up as on Mount

Peratsiym [breaches]. He shall be angry as in the valley of

Gib'own; that He may do His work, His unusual work, and bring to

pass His act, His extraordinary act.

Mt. Pratzim ["breaches"]: Possibly Baal-Pratzim, the scene of

Dawiyd's victory over the Filistines in the Valley of Refayim

between Yahrushalom and Beyth Lechem. However, the targum

identifies this as "the day the mountains shook when YaHuWaH's

esteem was revealed in the days of UzziYahuw the king", which

would be in the memory of those listening to YashaYahuw's

prophecy. Valley of Gib'on: Gib'on is in the mountains, but was the

place Yahuwshua told the sun to stand still while he was fighting

in the Valley--of the Ayalon. The targum identifies this reference

with that time "when YaHuWaH listened to a man

Be not blind to the truth And, hinnei, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that YaHuWSHuWaH passed by, cried out, saying, Have

mercy on us, O YaHuWaH, [thou] Ben David. And YaHuWSHuWaH stood still, and called them, and said, What will

ye that I shall do unto you? They say unto Him, YaHuWaH, that our eyes may be opened. So YaHuWSHuWaH had compassion [on them], and touched their

eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.

Remember me and pray for me that YaHuWaH will be gracious unto me and be merciful unto my sins which I have sinned against

Freely ye have received, freely give A rule necessary, and of great extent. A servant in the Gospel

Vineyard, though worthy of his Comfortable support while in the work. Should never preach for hire, or make a secular traffic of the

Ruakh (spiritual work): what a scandal is it for a

man to traffic with gifts which he pretends, at least, to have received from the Ruakh HaQodesh, of which he is not the master, but the dispenser. He who preaches to get a living, or make a fortune, is

guilty of the most infamous sacrilege
