• Switch on • Pinch tubing • 40kPa minimum pressure to pass test

1. Muscle relaxant: rocuronium or suxamethonium

2. Reserve syringe of propofol 3. Metaraminol 0.5mg/ml 4. Ephedrine 3mg/ml 4. Atropine minijet 3mg 5. Atropine minijet 600 micrograms 6. Adrenaline minijet 1:10,000
