SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS FLEXIBLE TICKET EXCHANGE • Exchange your subscription tickets for any other concert within the 2019-2020 PNC Pops season. Season ticket holders can make exchanges up to one hour prior to the concert. Ticket exchanges made online are free of fees.

DEDICATED PATRON SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Each season ticket holder has a designated Patron Services Representative (PSR) to personally answer Heinz Hall or Symphony-related questions and to take care of all ticketing and donation needs.

PRIORITY SEATING • Season ticket holders have priority over the general public on all seating within the PNC Pops season.
