N.B:- Tenderer may visit between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs on working days before submitting theirbest quote.

Tel'ms & Conditions:1. The above mentioned works are to be executed as per scope of work enclosed herewith as

Annexure-I.

2. The approximate quantity of sound proof doors (116 Nos.), glass swing doors (5Nos.) and woodendoors (15 Nos.) for repairing/repainting. However payment will be made as per the actual work done.

3. The material quoted by bidder for above mentioned works are to be inspected & approved by theincharge of Studio of this office before using for execution of the works mentioned above.

4. The quotation/ tender shall be accompanied by Earnest Money (unless exempted) of RS.I 000/- in theform of Demand Draft from a Commercial Bank! Nationalized Bank issued in favour of DDO, DelhiStation, AIR, New Delhi -110001. Tenders without EMD shall be summarily rejected and their bidwill not be opened at the time of tender opening (No exemption for payment of EMD is accepted bythis office).

5. No printed terms and conditions of tendering firms will be considered. Firm has to follow all theterms and conditions as mentioned in the tender enquiry letter of this office.

6. GUARANTEEI WARRANTEE PERIOD: It should either be atleast one year or as mentioned in theWork Order (Whichever in higher).

7. TERlVIS OF COMPLETION OF JOB: The entire work at AIR's site shall be completed within ISdays from the date of placement of work order or as mentioned in the work Order. The powers ofextension of completion period are vested with the sanctioning authority.

8. TERMS OF PAYMENT: The payment will be made only after satisfactory completion of entirework and as per actual work done.

9. The quotation should be sent in a sealed cover addressed to the Assistant Engineer, Room No. 606,0/0 the Dy. Director General (E) NBH, AIR, New Delhi-I l 000 I, so as to reach on or before 03.00p.m. on 19.01.2015. .

THE COVER SHOULD BE SUPERSCRIBED WITH THE FOLLOWING:a. Work for which quotations are enclosed.b. Reference to letter of enquiry.c. . Due date of opening quotation.

9 The quotations will be opened in this office at 3.30p.m. on 19.01.2015 in the presence of tenderers ortheir representatives.

10. QUOTATIONS NOT PROPERLY SUPERSCRIBED WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

II. The quotations submitted shall remain open for acceptance for a period of 90 (ninety days from thedate of opening of the tender. If any tenderer! suppliers withdrawn his tender! quotation before thesaid period or makes any modifications in the Terms & Conditions on the tenderl quotation which arenot acceptable to this office, then this office shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, beat the liberty to forfeit the Earnest Money as aforesaid.

12. PAN (Permanent Account Number), TIN (Tax Identification Number) and service taxregistration number should be definitely indicated in your quotation.

13. Any type of tax which is applicable shall be mentioned separately in the quotation. Where this is notmentioned, claim for any type of tax will not be admitted at any later stage and may not be grantedwhatsoever.

14. RIGHT OF ACCEPTANCE: The sanctioning authority reserves the right to reject the lowest tenderor all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. All quotations / tenders in which any ofthe prescribed conditions are not fulfilled or are incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected

15. Canvassing whether directly or indirectly, in connection with tender! quotation is strictly prohibitedand the tender! quotation submitted by the contractors/ suppliers who resort to canvassing will beliable to rejection.

ANNEXURE-I

Scope of Work:

Subject:- Repairing Work of Sound Proof Door, glass/wooden swing door etc_

As per the subject cited above repairing of Sound Proof Doors,

glass/wooden swing doors & wooden doors etc. (like alignment of hinge after

repairing/replacement, change of door handle, door closer, rubber gasket, magnet

seal, as per the site requirement. Details are given below:-

1. Dismantling of defective hinges, door closer door handles, rubber gasket &

magnetic seal, floor swing door machine etc.

2. Preparation of sound proof doors, swing doors & wooden doors for repairing

/replacement of defective items.

3. Preparation of sound proof doors including chowkhat for repainting with spray

of deco paint.

4. Replacement of door Handle in SS finish (%" dia stainless steel pipe 12" long

and steel screw doorma or equivalent) complete with proper fitting.

5. Replacement of defective heavy duty door closer with Doorma make or

equivalent.

6. Alignment of sound proof doors, glass swing doors & wooden doors after

their repairing/painting for their proper working.
