  • Date: 25-09-2014 (Thursday) Place: Kwun Tong Swimming Pool Time: 8:00am-1:00pm

  • Taken by prefects between 7:45 am and 8:15 am at the entrance of the swimming pool.

  • Students are allowed to enter the Spectators' Stand after 7:45 am. Seating Arrangement: Students must take their seats according to their own House.

  • The warm up will be allowed at main pool from 8:15am - 8:30am. First event will start at 8:30 am. Students must behave themselves and take care of their personal belongings. In the event of the public announcement by the Education Bureau that all schools are to be closed because of adverse weather (e.g. typhoon, rainstorm), the gala will be cancelled automatically.

  • Officials: All officials should report to CHY at 8:20am at the Marshalling Point. They must WEAR CLEAN SLIPPERS when entering the Pool Deck Area. Competition Rules: All events will be held in accordance with the competition rules of the Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association. One Start rule will be implemented, and all events will be swum in timed final format.

  • Marshalling: Competitors must report to the Marshalling Point when their events are called. Each event will be called twice. Timings: The Automatic Equipment time installed in Kwun Tong Swimming Pool will be regarded as the official time. After finishing their races, all competitors must go back to the Spectators' Stand.

  • Hygiene: Competitors, officials entering pool deck area MUST WEAR SLIPPERS OR WITHOUT SHOES. Safety: Competitors are advised to be very careful with their belongings. All competitors must wear swimming caps, otherwise, they will NOT be allowed to take part in any event.

  • Competitors are advised to bring jackets along to keep themselves warm. Protest: All protest concerning technical rules and interpretation should be made to the Referee. The decision of the Referee shall be final.
