Cooling• Four standalone Leibert AC units in the space; two 7.5 ton units & two 10 ton units• AC is vented to a separate cooling tower system on the roof• AC units are serviced monthly with no interruptions to the cooling system• The Leiberts are shut down individually when serviced• The air is re-circulated in the building and filtered with Merv 8 Filters on the Leiberts• Staff receives an alart when there is a temperature alarm

Security • Security personnel only allow access to pre-authorized individuals on a 24/7 basis• Unauthorized personnel may only enter if they are escorted by an authorized person• The MHT point of presence is located in a secured cage• A wall mounted telephone is located in the datacenter for use by customer personnel• A washroom facility is located on the 24th floor outside of the data center space. • There is video survaillance on-site• Personal Risk Assessments are required for unescorted access

DeliveriesThe loading bay is available 7:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday. No scheduling is needed for deliveries. The location is off Carlton Avenue.

The loading Elevator rises to the 23rd floor, scheduling is not necessary for the elevator. There is a heavy equipment lift available for customer use from the 23rd to the 24th floor, but muct be scheduled in advance.

Building Access

MHT has 24/7 live security at the main floor where approved companies will sign in to receive an access FOB to the 24th Floor of 360 Portage. Routine patrols of the space are done by the guards daily including weekends.

Location

360 Portage Avenue is a state-of-the art building in the heart of downtown Winni-peg. The penthouse suite is the most physi-cally secure location on the premesis.

From 360 Portage Avenue, customers have access to Direct Internet Access, Ethernet Transport, TDM, and the MHT Tower Colocation Network. The network is growing in both geographic and bandwith capacity to meet the ever-expanding customer needs. MHT has POPs in both Toronto, On and Seattle, Wa.
