Overview of

OrganizationWe have developed database for

Emergency blood bank. This isnongovernmental organization. This is10 year old organization. The mainwork of this organization is to collect

and preserve the blood and provideblood to the poor people free of cost.

Introduction. The project entitled BLOOD BANKMANAGEMENT SYSTEM has been prepared

at the concerned level. The Database isgeneric in nature, user-friendly and can bevery well used by all. It is used to get detailsabout members, the salary to be paid and

lots of other important reports, which areimportant for the concerned authority

Existing System

Earlier the system was based a manualsystem which was very slow and time

consuming. After computerization of

this system the work would be verysmooth and give accurate outputs. It

will also reduce the paper work. The

System is easy to use and wil give

better performance.

Proposed SystemAs mentioned before, the existing manualsystem had a lot of problem that is why a

new computerized system is needed.The

main thrust in the proposed system is inovercoming the drawbacks on the manual

system i.e. insufficiency and un-timeliness.

Computerization is the only method throughwhich maximum information and feedback is

possible with minimum limitations.

form of Tables. Each Table consist of Rows andColumns. The table stores the information about aparticular thing such as Employee table, Studenttable etc.

and rows (called records). Tables have Primary Keys which ensure uniqueness In this System we have used Three Tables:-
