Update trigger: From radio servers to all update servers, distributes common information of the machine

Machine Operation Mode Program

With the operation Mode Program it is possible to switch the three accelerators to the machine modes: Doris e+, Petra e- and Petra e+.

All machine device groups are simultaneously prepared for the new mode by the file operator of Linac-2 and Desy-2.

To synchronize the machines the cycle generator is loaded with a new machine program.
