IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING RESOURCES

We have a full-time, in-house engineering team ready to design any data center project--regardless of complexity. Using dedicated resources, we provide complete Design Assist/Build documents and coordination services. Our engineering staff of more than 30 engineers, designers, drafters, CAD operators and support staff integrate design drawings with construction coordination/detail drawings for a more streamlined construction experience. This integrated approach typically results in faster results with lower risk.

In addition to engineering expertise, we employ mission-critical specialists dedicated to Quality Assurance, equipment start-up and commissioning. Our commissioning team of experts are trained to use power quality metering equipment and state-of-the-art reporting software to support our Level 5 commissioning process.

SYSTEM-BASED ACCOUNTING: TRANSPARENCY AT ITS BEST

We employ a cost-tracking method of System-Based Accounting (SBA), which is an accurate, transparent way to track estimated and actual project costs. The SBA process unifies all aspects of project management and sets forth a common, defined financial language for maximum transparency. At the completion of a data center project, SBAs are used to evaluate the accuracy of the estimate vs. actual cost to influence similar projects in the future. This ongoing, detailed cost analysis allows us to iterate to save dollars and increase efficiency.
