Lombardini22 is a leading architecture and engineering company,

FUD Brand Making Factory completes the offer by L22 and DEGW Italia

in the field of Physical Branding and Communication Design from 2014.

FUD was born in 2010 developing communication and brand design

projects in a very distinctive style: thinking horizontally in partnership with

the client, niftily moving vertically towards the right branding solution. FUD

covered everything from the initial business project and concept to the

communication strategy, production phase and final product.

Lombardini22 is designing for HP one of the more sophisticated

versions of Data Center, and among the largest in Europe, it is

a fortress of prefabricated reinforced concrete organized into

quadrants of 500 square meters each, for an expansion of up to

2,000 square meters. The flexibility and scalability of activation

of the quadrants, which is essential for the modulation of

investments in timely response to market demand, make this an

innovative Data Center.

BCC SOLUTION

Identify, analyze, optimize. These are the steps that have made

energy efficiency upgrading for the BCC Solution head office a

successful case study. The objective of Lombardini22 and BCC is

to analyze the energy consumption of the data center and office

spaces. Based on the data collected, Lombardini22 develops the

best plant design for reducing consumption and costs, enabling

significant savings in resources.

NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS

L22 develops the M&E design as part of the NSN HQ

Refurbishment, including laboratories CED. DEGW Italia is

developing the consolidation project and moving of the different

locations to the Head quarters of Cassina Plaza of approximately

1,000 people. DEGW Italia has adapted the international

guidelines to the Italian reality. The NSN Modern Office provides

a concept of sharing, more common in the world than in Italy and

should be coordinated. Therefore three ways of working has been

introduced and explained, defined by the mobility of the persons:

Mobile, Campus Mobile, Desk-Based. DEGW Italia is dealing

with the whole Change Management project, which in addition

to classic interviews with persons responsible for functions and

customer departments, provides the preparation of a series of

communication tools to spread the new concept of using space

to the entire staff.

TELECITY GROUP SPA

L22 develops the design of the new ID3 IT room, in addition to

the two existing ones. L22 oversaw the design of all phase of

the process, from the practices to the civil, architectural and

engineering design, including fire prevention and acoustics

consultancy. The new room is about 250 square meters, the air

conditioning system is constituted by direct free-cooling. The

power draw of the site is approximately 2.5 MVA, the site is

classified TIER II.
