Carbon Trust Implementation Services and Siemens Financial Serviceshave combined forces, and together with DAS are offering Financing options to all types of organisation seeking to reduce their energy use. New, more efficient equipment, should lower energy bills and with financing payments calculated so that they are offset by anticipated energy savings, the financing option is designed to pay for itself.

Then at the end of the agreement the equipment is all yours, the long term energy savings are all yours and you can claim all remaining subsidy payments directly to boost your income stream.

There is no up front cost for the equipment and the Savings could amount to over 50% on your electricity bills.

The Equipment

We offer two main types of equipment as part of the Green Scheme.

LED LightingLED lights can make energy savings of over 60% of your lighting bills and can easily be retrofitted. We import our own branded LED lighting resulting in a very economical and efficient product.

Solar PVYou can generate 100’s of kWh of electricity free and qualify for the Feed-in Tariff for the next 20 years. All our products are MCS Accredited and sourced based on value, efficiency and durability.

Installation

The Process

The Survey

The Survey comprises 2 parts.

Firstly we tour your building checking every light fitting and making note of the type and usage, ready to recommend it’s LED replacement.

Secondly we assess your roof or other viable area for the provision of a Solar PV array to really boost your energy savings.

The Application

The Customer Finance Proposal form is a simple form requiring basic company information.

Also included on the form are the details of the Lease required and the details of the project and the returns.

Once we receive the completed form then we are ready to progress to the survey.

The Installation

DAS will Project manage, Install and commission the whole green scheme project.

We provide all Health and Safety risk Assessments and Method Statements.

We will be responsible for commissioning all the equipment and handing over to you fully operational.
