Actavo Network & In-Home Division December 2014 – December 2015FTTX Field Supervisor, Trinidad & Tobago (12 month contract)

Key Responsibilities: Management of contractor resources ensuring work carried out to specification and to the desired quality standards,

efficiently & safely. This required not only quality audits and guidance, but direct involvement with the rollout and testing in order to achieve the completion deadlines handed down by the client.

Solely responsible for handing over the Network to Digicel which entailed quality auditing as per the SOP the installation of the network section by section.

Creation of Google maps to support correction of as-built maps with accurate GPS co-ordinates for all enclosures and cable routes for the FTTH project.
