Learning Feedback – Pilot Group
“I experienced problems when doing the
assessment as it required certain videos to be watched and due to
technical issues, I was not able to watch the videos.”
I have completed the POE and have sent it through for
evaluation
“It encourages/requires discipline from employees in terms of finishing the modules and POE’S”
“I get to go through the modules at my own pace. I get to understand the work better because there is visuals used in terms of newspaper articles and the videos. The content of the programme is not difficult to understand.”
“I am able to apply what I learned from the Modules we have gone through, on my day to day activities here at work and even when engaging with people outside of work.”
“I am not bound to a classroom environment and it eliminates carrying huge amounts of paper, where you have to sit down and study.”
Planning oversights – currently being addressed - Creation of Dashboards- Consider introducing Mindmakers to embed application - Continue engagement- Ongoing communication to reinforce the use of the LMS
and modules
Accreditation process- Requires careful positioning and hand holding initially
Technology- Single sign on- Video accessibility to all end users - Internet accessibility
Support structure- Capacity to handle large volumes of users
Post Launch – Learning Curve
Keep it simple

Collaboration
To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring
peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the
way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally
come to him. - Buddha
