We had a nutrition and fitness session.

We had pit stop training. We competed to see how quickly we could change all four tyres.

We had our photos taken with a F1 car. We looked carefully at all the different parts of the car and how they helped make it fast.

We got to drive the go-karts. It was a little scary at first but we got better at it and were soon flying around the race track.

Sky Sports were there. We had a go at conducting interviews in front of the cameras.

At the end of the day, we made a hovercraft using sheets, polystyrene, duck tape and a leaf blower. We each got to ride on it.

We dared to be different and had a fantastic day.
