PROGRAM CONCEPT• CAP-PBD is a credit program that provides credit

assistance to non-bank eligible ARB cooperatives and farmers’ associations and graduates them into bank-eligible organizations.

• The focus of interventions is the growth of ARB organizations through institutional and enterprise development assistance coupled with the provision of small loans, with the aim of graduating these organizations into the regular credit windows of LANDBANK or other formal providers.
