Type 1 Diabetes Optimist Club of the Rockies – Charter Board Member (2013-Present). Our club drives to raise money to sponsor scholarships for children to attend ADA Summer Camp as well as research funds to JDRF. We are also involved in community outreach in support of the local T1D community.
Received United Way Volunteerism Award from Mayor Mike Fahey in 2007 for Volunteering efforts at the Omaha Children’s Museum.
