He has observed my teaching and administrative skills with a population of students ranging from P-20/Adult levels. We created many educational pro-grams and assessments focusing on all learning styles, including English Language Learners, SIOP Model-ing, Assessment, Evaluation, & Progress Monitoring, Special Education, & Advanced IB Curricula & As-sessments.

Jon D. Thumim (Teaching & Administrative reference) – Jon D. Thumim - Special Education Teacher - Mount Rainier High School - [email protected] - 206-910-7370 - Jon was chosen be-cause he has worked with me and experienced my teaching and administrative capabilities. Jon and I had the opportunity to work together in Denver and Seattle Public Schools. I was his administrator and he was mine. In both districts mentioned, I created, led, directed, assessed, evaluated, and progress monitored many education programs, including many curricula development duties, school improvement plans, school audits. I was granted a Humanities Facilitator/Administrator position that allowed me to coach teachers and administrators to focus and align the districts policies and outcomes with their daily practice and evalu-ation duties and expectations.

Pam McClean (Teaching & Administrative reference) – CETUSA International District Manager – (253) 229-5784 - [email protected] - Pam has observed my teaching and administrative skills with a population of students ranging from P-20/Adult levels. We created many educational programs and assessments focusing on all learning styles, including English Language Learners, SIOP Modeling, As-sessment, Evaluation, & Progress Monitoring, Special Education, & Advanced IB Curricula & Assess-ments. I have also worked with Pam housing International Students. I have housed and found housing for international students wanting the educational and lifestyle U.S. experience. Due to my strengths working with ELL students and ELA curricula and assessments, I was able to teach several international students our English language to a fluent level. I am extremely proud of these accomplishments.

Janey Hoene (Teaching reference) - Green River Community College - (253) 833-9111 - [email protected]. - Janey hired me to work as a Literacy Adjunct Professor. In this position I as-sisted students who were ELL/ELA focused. I taught students who were very low leveled in Reading, Writing, & Spelling. By the end of my courses, my students grew more than 8 reading levels utilizing the DRA 2 Reading Assessment. My students were also able, by the end of our semester together, to create and present a Powerpoint presentation of their culture, home life, and future educational and personal goals for all of us to enjoy. I still communicate with many of my students at green River. I assist them with their further progress, stability, usability and sustainability of the English language.
